However this component highly affects the success or failure of business and organizations. People factor comprises of users, operators who operate and service the computers, who record the data into database, moreover who help the network of a system.

Procedure: Procedure refers to the policies which governs and helps the operation of a computer system.

Data: Data is the finding which is used by the programs which manipulates the raw data into useful information.

Software: Software is the computer program which supports itself. Software is readable instructions to help the circuitry within the hardware parts of the system to work which provides useful info from the raw data.

Hardware: Machinery is also known as hardware, however the category includes the monitor itself & CPU (central processing unit) and all the other equipment’s used in both. Hardware is also known as input and output devices, communication devices and so on.

Feedback: It is also an information system which is needed by every business in order to pursue business activity.

There are numerous way to secure the hardware, software and information of the business, few are:

  • Creating strong passwords
  • Setting up a firewall
  • Protecting the system from viruses

Creating the strong password

Generating the password is very easy. But it should include all the combination upper cases, lower case, numeric values and a special character. As a result we put more characters it will reduce the risk of cybercrime. Moreover, the user should avoid the usage of general info. Like birthday dates, phone number or the user name itself.

Creating a firewall

Since an organization needs to protect their network, so firewall is a foremost initiative to think. Company must have firewall reason being it controls the internet traffic which is coming and leaving in the company.

Protecting the system from viruses

Antivirus is the crucial thing to have for the business, since it protects the data which is presented in the system. Moreover is designed to create to act as a safeguard for the computer system, it search for and detect the existing virus and remove the same as well

Regular updating

Regular updating is also important to secure information system, since current updates will the data to be more safe and secured for the system.

Securing every computer system

Computer systems should be provided the more security measures since it is not portable on contrary laptops are mobilize so it is at a high risk reason being it can be stolen, so laptop should also be provided with the more security measures.

  • Due to change in technology & change in infrastructure the business faces change which results in amendment in the present business internal operating procedures, since the change affect the cost of product or service, and moreover the price of the goods and service.
  • In the current era, the market has become the global village, which results various opportunities for competitors, as there is no major barrier to enter in the competitive market. However, this can become the threat for existing organizations so that is why they require changes.
  • Whenever any organization observes the performance gap in the employees or if their objectives are not met then it amends the changes in internal operating process so that the gap can be fulfilled and the needs can be achieved easily
