The organization delivers the best quality of macadamia nut in shell, kernel, flavour nut etc. This study will demonstrate the internal business analysis which demonstrates the competitive advantage and suitable and adequate resources present in the organisation. The study also highlights the objective and target demographic of this organisation (Mayer, 2019). Apart from this study will also demonstrate the external market analysis of Japan.
