The main criteria are to scout out for association and engage in lucrative career opportunities along with resourcing to provide them with better opportunities to engage with the other information professionals at reduced rates. Even if the person is from the association, it does not mean, the person has the set qualities and the attributes to perform the task in the set manner and with the desired skills. For example, if the member is from the Information Technology Professionals Association (ITPA) which is the leading not-for-profit organization that has also advanced in the understanding and relating with the advanced ICT that belongs to the community, corporate and even to the government sectors in Australia, it does not mean that the information technology professionals would acquire the set goals, values and the skills set to perform the task. The weakness is if the information professionals belong to the association (which has the fee memberships) apart from attending the regular insights of the seminars, workshops and even performing one own duty, the person would get new knowledge and even workings. Again, it depends on the information systems professionals as to how much it is needed in their set fields, skills and how much they can absorb to. It is even important how to meticulously perform one win duties with the command and with adequate decision-making styles (Bhuiyan, 2020). The necessary decisions making and the adequate problems solving comes with the experience, with time and with a command, It cannot be due to joining the professional bodies and not being able to learn through the on the job skills and the command. It is also important, that being part of the professional bodies, and one should undergo the tests certification and even understand the code of conduct values. All this would ensure that the qualities, skills and the performance of the tasks would be done in the same ethical manner and the commanding manner.

It is concluded that a member that belongs to the professional association does not hold the same values, commands and the skillset, as the professional body includes the intermediate skills anon the professionals in the groups. It is a group that has the set of values, codes of conducts and the new techniques to be learned, but it does not value that every one of us can follow the set rules and workings.
