The article highlights the way English language has been subjected to a process of linguistics nativization and experimentation by people. The author has aimed to discuss the evolution of the language where people have adopted it for diverse set of domains that includes administration and education. As per the finings of the author, various non-native speakers have created socially justified and further culturally sensitive meanings to the language by manipulating and brining in alterations to the functions and also the structure of the language to make it suitable for the new ecology. The author has also added that in order to be competent in the linguistics markets, English has went through a process named as acculturation. Such markets are dominated by the cultural pluralism that is common in the South Asian and the African markets (Bhatt, 2001). Therefore, the author has significantly highlighted the fact that linguistics literary traditions, creativity and innovation in English were accepted. In addition to this, the author has also aimed to provide answer to two questions including the structure of the non-native Englishes and the journey adopted to become what they are.

The author has presented that English grammar must address the relationship that exists in the speaker’s perception of nature of cultural institutions and reality as well as the various forms of English manifests. Furthermore, the article has also covered the aspect of sociolinguistic creativity where the author has pointed out towards a dimension of bilingual creativity named as sociolinguistics. The research study has also pointed out towards the cross linguistics and cross cultural research that have been undertaken to undertake the analysis of the language (Bhatt, 2001). One of the examples of the sociolinguistics dimension is the code switching where it involves the manipulation of the linguistic resources. The findings of the article has thus provided with an understanding of the bilingual creativity and the linguistic nativization.
