Duoll Cosmetics aims to expand across the globe in the next five years and hence would like the new app to target both local and global audience. Therefore, this company is very keen on improving the current sales revenue which has showed a steady decline by 1% in the last four years
The company has faced number of problems related to profit generation and it is clear from the annual report that 1% loss is harmful for expansion. On the other hand, higher authority is quite confused to choose between android and IoS while developing mobile application.
The online cosmetics industries are continuously in a race to attract consumers around the world and sell them without using the product in the real world.

Developing an app from scratch and maintaining it can cost a lot, some of them are direct and some of them are hidden. Initially, it costs from $10000 to $50000 and it takes around 20% of the initial cost to maintain the app on a regular interval that includes the secure financial transaction of the customers, protecting potential data theft and regular updates as well as bug fixing. On the other hand, this company has accomplished proper financial planning to attract customers and all the data of the participants will be protected in terms of accountability and authentication.

All the members of technology and development team will be involved for the project and specifically software engineers will be addressed more for developing mobile application. After starting of the project, they will be selected as major stakeholder and constant participation will be needed till the end of the project. Other than this, the team will be formed with a team leader, investors for targeting global customers between age group 18 to 45.
There is a plan to accommodate more than 200 software engineers who can able to apply different computer languages such as Java, Python etc. for development of mobile application. More than 500 laptops and desktops will also be needed for better accomplishment of project within deadline.
Final report will be delivered to Sam Patterson within next three months via email about the progress of mobile application development.
