Introduction

Social media's rapid development has changed the way of communication and accessing important information. The traditional form of communication used to disseminate the information from a single point to the intended audience whereas social media provides a two-way interaction with the help of the electronic community. The demand for social media at the workplace has increased so is its coherence and congruencies. The purpose of outlining report is to structure the ideas in such a way that are connected. The topic of the report is the use of social media tools for workplace communication (Forsgren & Byström, 2018). The objective of this report is thus to understand how social media improves or reduce the productivity at the workplace by increasing coherence and decreasing contradictions. This report would be read by the employees of the organization to improve their usage of social media in communication. Information technology is used for this report. At this company, the mode of communication between the colleagues takes place through social media in internal and external places. The communication strategy used here is a written form of communication.
