In North America, it is continuing with the transformation by providing targeted synergy advantages and growth. In USG Boral, it is undertaking continuous improvement measures to grow with the help of product penetration and innovative action plans. In total, 17104 employees are working towards the accomplishment of its goals and objectives. It has reported $5.86 billion in the year 2019 and net profits of $272 billion (Annual report, 2019).
Reporting frameworks and accountability, governance and other management systems help in driving efficient outcomes and achieve all the evolving and rising expectations of its stakeholders. Moreover, it offers a wide range of services including roof tiling installers, pallet pick-up, and material-technical services. The joint venture between Boral Limited and USG Corporation, named, Boral Gypsum is responsible for the production and sale of plasterboard and other related products. The products offered by the company are used for both non-residential and residential construction activities and in the infrastructure and engineering market.
The projects which contribute significantly in the raising the total revenue of the company includes Pacific Highway, Sydney Metro in NSW, Toowoomba Second Range Crossing in Qld, NorthConnex and various other projects. It faces intense competition from other large as well as small players in the market supplying building and construction materials. Timber business in Australia and joint venture, USG Boral in Asia experience competition from the imports of such materials.
