The Relation of Robotics with Neuroscience

Robotics and Artificial Intelligence have many applications in industrial as well as medical sector. In our quickly evolving world, both robots and human being frequently need to acquire and alter according to the scenarios. However, the thing that matters is that people are fit for settling on choices as indicated by their circumstances, while robots despite everything depend on coded instructions for making choices (Wang & Siau, 2019). So, developing robots with Artificial Intelligence will provide more flexibility in manipulation, learning outcomes and intellectual perceptions, which will be helpful in achieving the objectives. This can be done by utilizing brain-inspired robotics, which comprises the research related to neuroscience, mechatronics, informatics and computer science (Rabadán, 2019). The aim of this project will be to provide robotics with artificial intelligence which can be used either for applications or mechanisms.

This project will pave new paths for the research in applications of brain-inspired intelligent robotics in many linked domains. The goal of this project is to develop a brain-inspired device comprising of smart chips, intelligent AI devices, computing systems and robotics which can be useful in neuroscience. Basically, a robotic hand will be made which will follow the instructions according to the movement of human eye. This will help the people who suffer from the problems of hand-eye coordination. Developing software control system for controlling and managing the robotic hand with eye movements will be a challenging task for this project. The method of parallel computing and dispersed networks will be utilized for developing this project. Nowadays, Robotics is the most dynamic field of technology but lack of research and advancement limits their applications in all fields (Edwards, 2019). Furthermore, the amalgamation of neuroscience with current AI equipment and methods makes the path for development of machineries that actually operate using robust AI technology.
