The external stakeholders will meet up with the managers and the supply of raw materials from the dealers will be on exact quantity there will be no wastage because the raw materials can get degraded if it kept for a longer duration. If any employee is not able to understand the policy then the team leader and the manager will go through all the requirements that need to be added in the policy.

The plan-do-check-act toll will be adopted by the organisation in order to make continuous improvement in the policy. This following not only helps to create innovative ideas but also help to maintain the working and eradicate the issues in business (Higgins-Desbiolles, Moskwa & Wijesinghe, 2019). The managers and team leaders will coordinate with the new team members and take recommendation from them so that the issues and challenges will be eradicated on the initial stage.
