This is because the organization feels maintaining the privacy and the security of the organization will keep the employees of the organization motivated and give their best efforts to the well-fare of the organization. The supply management chain is limited as per the industry which is a threat for the organization. The taste of customers may differ day to day which means the dependency of products can be replaced as there a lot of other similar products are available.

However, there are a few numbers of users who are comparing this product price with other organization’s product price. The quality of the coffee seems to be attractive as per the review.

External characteristics:

The users are keen to purchase products as well they are also comparing the products with organization

Key messages: If the target audiences have been identified then the responsibility is to breaking down the objectives for the audiences. In addition, the highest priority for the organization will be audiences. A little conversation can be made with the sponsors and authorities about the new strategies which need to be implemented. The continuity of the messages would be important as per communication plan. The understandings among stakeholders will be effective so that the strategies, values and objectives of the organization will be easy to understand.

The marketing strategies for the organization will be through social media, email and other marketing strategies.
