Key messages: If the target audiences have been identified then the responsibility is to breaking down the objectives for the audiences. In addition, the highest priority for the organization will be audiences. A little conversation can be made with the sponsors and authorities about the new strategies which need to be implemented. The understandings among stakeholders will be effective so that the strategies, values and objectives of the organization will be easy to understand.
