This mail is in reference to management structuring for organizational policies and procedures for Work Health and Safety at Grow Management. The communication project will incorporate video and graphical descriptions for each department from the entry-level to the CEO.
As a staff of the organization, the standard policy and procedures are to be followed without any deviation from this Friday. The policy standard that has been incorporated will be multidisciplinary with your work schedule. Feedback and monitoring will be done simultaneously. The alarming cases are a serious cause of concern for the management due to the non-practice of safety drills set up by the management. The copy of the presentation and the structure of the work will be enclosed for your information through the verbal communication method and the non-verbal method. The aspect of safety and health is the organization's prime focus to achieve smooth operation across all levels.

Leadership principles ensure effectiveness through cross-functional team operations and management correlation (Lenoard, 2018). This week has been challenging for me in understanding the organizational culture and caring value-added system for communication to reduce the incidence of injuries by a robust communication system in the organization. The communication barrier due to the gender barrier is very significant as the same has hindered the applicability of procedure in the organization. The ostentation and 2-way communication by all supervisors have centered the communication through key measures by visual description. I had observed barriers such as message clarity, staff barriers in interpersonal communication, and personal communication. The CEO meeting was fruitful and our decisions for management policy communication have been well-shaped for incidence in the reduction of health injury cases. I am largely confident with meeting and presentation with our team that had staff curiosity and questions on how the timeline will be unfolded. The communication process had a disagreement with the staff questioning the applicability of the procedure. The organizational division has majorly affected the alternate plan for the development of care and measures in practical scenarios as the rise of cases is not central to any one department.
I fear that the policy change will not end as one day schedule rather its a routine platform for collaboration where I can engage with my team and have a learning paradigm in the scenario developed. Communication barrier with message clarity and communication disruption through cross platforms. The development of standardized communication for clear advancement and equal slots designed for no noise obscuring on the platform (Quirke, 2017). I have explained the workplace procedure and have encouraged participants on the safety skills and follow-up that will encourage their work compliance due to sherry in the environment. The ostentation in the conference room had participants survey at the end that was mixed response. I felt discouraged with the staff s action and unwillingness on understanding the severity of the issue. As leader feedback and criticism must be taken in constructive features for improvement in the current process. As a manager, the team requires rigorous training and workshops weekly for comprehending the policy and transparency will increase employees to voluntarily take initiative in encouraging their peers to communicate the guidelines and report any non- compliance.
The observation provided insight that women users had to face barriers relating to communication with the emotional aspect ignored by men in the organization. The holistic approach in my opinion will be centered on the carpeting platform for the advancement and training of staff for the scenario that may impact they are well being. The correlatedness had not worked previously due to the linear communication in the organization. I had identified the gap with structuring the problem independence with department upkeep and actions for the policy as emotional aspects are left unattended than chances are policies would not be applied without challenges faced by management in the company. Action plan and feedback are the constructive degree of an organization’s vision and goals (Kelly,219). The choice of communication with presentation takes a visual impact on communication channels for organizations as the staff is characterized by different age groups and non-linear functions across the organization. I am satisfied with the CEO acknowledgment and the feedback that we have received. The followup through meeting and quantifying data will be able to give a clear go-ahead on the staff understanding of the project design.

It is a pleasure interacting with you all for our communication health policy program. This mail is regarding a safety plan that has to adhere to organizational policies in the management. The arrangement for the meeting has been to highlight the presentation and monitoring of staff importation in his/her daily routine for effective communication across the team management. As, the operation manager, the behavior assessment and interface usability is my key focus for effective organization and smooth functioning of the organization. I have attached a video link and file for understanding the procedure for simplification. These changes are new and dynamic that will take a fresh start for the organization in adapting to tases changes. In the workplace, the participation list is prepared and preliminary invitation and feedback are appreciated. The measure by the central team is one of the procedures developed for any flexibility that can be added in the schedule to increase maximum participation by staff.
