The analytical framework is applied for the policy development through the proposal of new policy and analysing innovative capacity of the business which can promote significant changes and help in managing the policies. Stakeholders discussion promoted the need of sustainable policy with several options to manage the organizational performance and promote innovative capabilities. Secondary sources and discussion with stakeholders both helped in applying the analytical framework for policy development.

The identified options can be communicated with the stakeholders through email or chat box. I will create a group of all the stakeholders to gather relevant opinions at a single social media platform such as WhatsApp or Facebook. To communicate through formal channel, I will focus on email and sharing the files with appropriate tools. It can help in analysing the preferred option and managing the needs of the organization.

Once you have developed the policy, you will need to communicate the policy to the organization in order to gain acceptance of the policy and to ensure the best opportunity for the successful implementation of the policy.

Major stakeholders for the sustainability policy are employees, managers and suppliers. It is necessary to communicate the policy with the stakeholders to gather feedback and ask for opinions to modify the policies for the benefit of all. Three significant methods of communication of the policy are: Email, Face to face meetings and providing a policy manual or handbook to the employees and other stakeholders. These communication methods can help to promote feedback and promote engagement of stakeholders for better consultation.
