Also, the company requires customer-focused employees who can support and expand the business and improve the current profitability. Furthermore, the future business direction is focused on expanding the market into Asia and offering full installation services to expand the market most effectively. However, the company is also thinking about shifting the manufacturing plants overseas to produce more attractive manufacturing margins. Now the overall plan is focusing on improving the profitability and capturing large market share. Public meetings and focus groups can be used to provide effective consultation to the team. Also, a public meeting would be an effective technique as it provides the opportunity to pass information to the team (McLeod, 2017). It is beneficial as it addresses the major issues in the workplace. As the employees are not happy about the change so it is necessary to provide effective consultation to enhance their productivity.

It has been identified that an effective change management plan is required to manage the employees. Furthermore, changes can influence the design manufacturing, construction, administration and overall marketing of the company. It is necessary to develop effective strategies and approaches to handle the employees during change. Change management will take a suitable approach that will be assessed all over the project (Coetzee & Nkosi, 2019). Also, it is necessary to design a Change management strategy that elevates alertness about the importance of Change management in the most effective manner. The most effectual Change management strategies are those which focus on human behaviour constituent. Star caravans must focus on offering incentives that will support workers to recognize and eventually engage with the new direction of the company. The case highlighted that the major weakness of the company is overcapitalization. To escape the circumstances, the business may need to decrease its liability load or buy back share to reduce the company’s dividend payment.

Training session

The training program includes training organizations and trainers who will deliver effective training to the existing as well as new employees. The training plan will be effective in providing the necessary skills to the Employees so that they can effectively perform their duties (Morin et al., 2016). This training program will focus on developing individualized training that will best suit the organization's needs and objectives. It has been identified that the company is making some necessary changes in the organization so new skills and expertise will be required to provide the necessary knowledge to the existing as well as new employees. The training session will also include team building activities that will help to improve the collaboration skills of the employees. The team-building activity will include the mind Field games in which various handheld objects and blindfolds for required.

In this game, the managers have to find an open room such as an Empty parking lot or a park to place the stuff like bottles, cones and balls. One person from each pair must put on the blindfold (Pugh, 2016). Another person should lead their teammates from one side of the open space to the other without stepping on the objectives and using the verbal instructions. The major rule of this game is that the blindfolded individual cannot speak it all. To make the game more difficult the leaders can make definite routes. One of the most effective objectives of this game is that it increases trust, communication and effective listening skills. With the help of this game, the employees can build trust and understand the thinking procedure of different employees.

The main aim of this meeting is to articulate the problems and to propose means for resolving the issues. Each manager will be responsible for performing a different role to manage the conflicts. The initial phase of the meeting will focus on identifying the common cause of conflict between the departments (Coetzee & Nkosi, 2019). Then the necessary action will be taken to build consensus among employees. One of the best ways to minimize destructive conflict in the department is to teach employees to communicate more effectively. Furthermore, the particular meeting will focus on developing effective communication skills between the departments. Managers will be responsible for promoting the use of positive language and avoiding negative patterns. The management will tell the employees that it is highly restricted to judge, criticized, ordering threatening, moralizing other person concern.

The management of the company must understand that the conflict can result in absenteeism and higher employee turnover. Employees who have grievances about their colleagues will be counseled to try to work out the differences straight with that colleague. It is the accountability of managers to make workplace customs in which managing disagreement is observed as core job ability (Turner, 2019). The company can also use effective intervention techniques to reduce conflicts between departments as well as employees.
