My competency skills are improved through learning professional and personal knowledge. Personal goals of an individual can be achieved through feedback gathered by individuals and improving the skills to promote better outcomes. It can help in building credibility among clients and the defined networks (Rubin, 2015).

Planning and organizing of resources are necessary to manage the key objectives in the organization. Through appropriate planning and managing career goals, individuals can achieve the desired objectives. “SMART” technique can be used by individuals to manage their goals and set them for personal and professional effectiveness (Bjerke & Renger, 2017).

  • Attending necessary training and conferences provide support to get the right direction.
  • Managing interpersonal relationships at the workplace helps to provide feedback about the behavior and encourage making specific improvements.
  • Assistance from the employees can be taken through effective communication that approaches the desired outcomes.
  • Planning activities and goals should be defined appropriately that is based on the learning strategies.
  • I will focus on improving my learning styles to engage in effective results and manage a competent level in the workplace.

I can say that I have learned several new skills to manage the tasks, work performance, work-life balance, the achievement of goals and managing time.
