Transformational leadership can be defined as an approach of leadership in which the leader recognizes the desirable alteration, creates an idea to direct the change to influence and motivation (Zehndorfer, 2014). The course has taught me an array of knowledge when it comes to leadership. The transformational leader not only provides the vision but has the necessary traits in the strength of temperament that will allow them to influence others to achieve the goals. Furthermore, the concept allows me to become self-aware, socially aware, and improved behavioural intelligence. The theory has guided me on how to lead others and work as a team and improve communication effectiveness. I have understood that transactional leadership usually functions with the boundaries of the present system emphasized procedure rather than substance as a means of control and other effectual in a stable and predictable environment. I believe that this leadership style is applicable in a specific situation. After getting information about this leadership style I believe that I could set specific standards for subordinates and give them proper feedback to achieve the objectives in the most effective manner. Also, I am trying to become a more adaptable leader. I will assess the issues and complaints to enhance my leadership skills. I can use this leadership style to manage my group and provide necessary feedback to manage them most effectively. I believe that an effective leader can combine these characteristics of transactional leadership to attain the goals and objectives most effectively.

In this context, I can comprehend that despite aboriginal people helped in shaping the wealth of Australia. However, these people continue to stay separated by the non-indigenous people. On the contrary, the discarding of old enriching practice did not vacillate to implement a new one. Therefore, my thoughts face a radical transformation when I realized how significant civilization and society can be for a particular group of people.

In this reading, I have understood that the role of schools in modern society which has been radically customized during the last 20 years. I believe that it is one of the demonstrations of the mobilization of human resources to the form of parental participation in the proper education. The study informs me about the benefits of parental participation in school (Hurley, 2008). I believe that parents and educators can work together on an equal basis is not always straight forward but as this publication shows the reward can be immense. According to me the significant role of school leadership is enhancing collaboration with parents. With the help of this reading, I understood that parental leadership helps in launching and prioritizing relationships. I believe that the parent's voice and decision making improve partnership and the school’s input can grow parent involvement. However many schools are still struggling with parent participation. Hence they must focus on data mining to understand why it fails to achieve the necessary outcomes. I believe that only a few teachers receive formal training on how to engage parents with the school settings. I found that some teachers hesitate to involve parents with one concern. I believe that parental participation is highly necessary for the overall development of students.

I have also understood that interviews in semi-structured interviews help to find out the flaws and drawbacks in the current education system. According to me, learning is always a process of using different effective practices to involve the learners and providing them with the necessary knowledge. I believe that the teachers position themselves as the agent of change who is responsible for their development as well as the development of others in the school. The reading was highly effective and useful for me as it highlighted that the leaders shaped a place for practising professional learning and for practising professional development. I think that many conditions influence the learning procedures and involvement of students. The overall reading was effective in highlighting the changes in educations and learning practices.
