Social and cultural factors experienced by Joseph, Maria, and their family are financial hardship, employment opportunities, gender discrimination, and health issues. These are the factors that impact the life of Joseph, Maria, and their family. As per the case study John and Maria lost their job and they now job less which highly impact their financial condition (Çakıcı et al. 2017). They are now unemployed and in the community, there is no such job opportunity which helps to get employed. Apart from this, the job opportunity for women is less as compared to men so it is very difficult for Maria to search for a new job in this discriminative environment. In addition they are now facing health issues such as sleepless nights which may lead to affect them physically as well as emotionally. Due to a lack of education, they are not able to find an appropriate job that fulfills the needs and requirements of them and their family members.

The organizations that will help them are the Viamirah Food Processing and The Manildra Group. These are the two organizations that can be referred to as Joseph and Maria. As this organization belongs to the same sector from which Joseph and Maria have from the previous organization (Ibeneme et al. 2017). They have good experience in this field and both have excellent experience in this filed so the changes in job opportunities are high for them. The organization wants experienced people in their staff so the chances of getting employed in that organization are high. Apart from this, these organizations also employ female employees who have the potential to perform best for the organization. Apart from this, it is also noted that these organizations also hire people as per the experience they have in the same sector. So this will be very helpful for Joseph and Maria to accomplish to get employed in these organizations and eradicate the social and cultural factors that they are facing in day to day life. In addition, by getting a job in these organizations they can easily manage their family needs.

They stop interacting with other peoples and are afraid to share their present condition with their other peoples. If the community supports Joseph and Maria then they may not go through with the present condition. Apart from this, these barriers may lead to the impact of Joseph and Maria physically as well as mentally. It is very important for the community to support all their members and help to overcome from this situation that Joseph and Maria are facing at present.

In the case of Joseph and Maria long-term unemployment may lead to affect their life strongly. They were not being able to pay the fees of their students and then they may lead to stop studying and do jobs to meet their day to day needs. However, it may also affect their health condition of proper diet is not taken by them and their children.
