Positive behavioural guidance is considered to be one of the important aspects as per my understanding and it should be used by the educator to improve the learning of the children. Many factors directly influence the child behaviour and as per my understanding identification of the different factor should be the first step of the educator. The age group of 0 to 6-years is the initial learning phase of the child thus there is a great need for positive guidance to improve the learning pattern of the children. The early learning framework is considered to be one of the methods that can be utilized to support the learning of the children (Department of Education Skills and Employment, 2017). Piaget's theory of cognitive development states that children development follows four-phase and positive behaviour of the educator and family is important to support the learning and development of the children (Marwaha et al., 2017).
The educators are expected to utilize their positive behavioural skills to help the children in improving their learning and better growth. The educator should utilize the classical conditioning approach that utilizes combining the naturally occurring stimulus with learning technique to help the children development. The educator and family play a major role in the learning phase of the children and their inappropriate behaviour can hamper the cognitive function that hamper the learning process. Positive learning guidance should be incorporated in educating the children in the early learning phase that help to promote child development and learning. Many positive guidance ways can help them to connect with the child and support the learning which includes a positive learning environment, listen to them, connect with the child and assist them. The different services will help to promote the behavioural aspect of the child and it will support the learning behaviour of the children. The reframing of the service and utilizing the positive guidance will support the growth and initial learning of the children.
