Hence, clinical leadership will influence innovation and would enable improvements in individual and organizational care practices so that quality outcome can come (Joseph & Huber, 2015). Autonomy in nursing is very much relevant because nurses do have to make independent and interdependent decisions which will immediately affect the patients. They need to make those decisions which will be beneficial for patient care and his outcome. Autonomy for nurses is crucial also because they have to exercise their organization and clinical knowledge to put the patient’s out of danger and to provide him with quality care. They have to act according to autonomy so that they will be abiding by the rules and responsibilities for their roles. This will improve their decision-making and will help them to become more competent in their jobs. Autonomy in addition to this is necessary so that a positive environment could be set in the organization which will help nurses in delivering quality work (Oshodi et al., 2019). Studies have also indicated that those nurses who work with autonomy have high-performance rates and are more satisfied (Labrague, McEnroe‐Petitte & Tsaras, 2019). With that, nurses are more committed towards their job and delivering quality care to the patient when they have the right to make decisions for the patient's health. For nurses to have autonomy it is important that healthcare organization also foster this practice (Labrague et al., 2019). Therefore, autonomy in nursing is significant.
Organizations which help students to gain knowledge are helping the society by completing their needs and also aid society to thrive and survive. These organizations should be sustainable and comprehensive and must evolve with time so that they can meet up with the challenges that arise due to the fast-changing world. Thus, it would also impact the student lives who are studying in it. So, for those students, it should be necessary that they contribute towards the change and innovation that are going on in their organizations. Students need to use their time and resources to bring changes in the organizations or the institute. Therefore, organizations should also include students so that they also feel involved in the alterations that are being made within the institute (Serdyukov, 2017). The organization needs to cooperate with other people and groups so that they can become competent. They also need to train more people so that they can come up with more innovative ideas for changes. Especially, they should encourage students to take part. Students showing interest in the area will create a better opportunity for the organization to grow and develop (Sartori, Costantini, Ceschi & Tommasi, 2018). Therefore, students who are even doing their graduation should be expected to contribute to the well-being of the organization.
