Health Assessment

Introduction

Zac Smyth is a little boy who graduates from the prestigious university and works part-time to manage the economy himself. He works about 15 hours a week in the supermarket, his hometown is in another state, a bit far from the university. Zac cannot see his parents often because of the distance, but sometimes he cannot go often because of his work schedule.

Hobbies

In his spare time, he usually goes to the pub with his friends and drinks Peer to relax, as soon as he plans to go to the pub, but to waste money. He drinks before he goes to the pub, and they go to this place near the university.

He was already totally drunk, although he still took one at the bar, Zac felt more fun drinking and making music all busy along the way. During this time Zac was busy talking to once beautiful young women she already had a boyfriend, to this annoyed explained his opinion, arguing with Zac, after some time Zac was asked for an apology and came back to his friend to drink. Later, he thought about going to the pub and going to his apartment.

Brutal incident

After he had left, the man who had argued with him earlier in the pub, he followed and started to fight with Zac, after a while the man allegedly hit him and he pushed the floor, he fell on the concrete floor on the curb, he had injuries to the back of his head, the security guard was rescued, but Zac never hit. Security noticed that Zac was bleeding at the back of his head, he thought of an emergency to save him to call the ambulance. The ambulance arrived and was diagnosed by paramedics.

Medical diagnosis

Zac was identified as having the life-threatening head injury of 15 GCS on his head, but other parts were normal, the staff put a bandage on him, the security guard said he had never noticed the state of unconsciousness, everything he could feel in the whole incident. When Zac arrived at the emergency room, the nurse took care of everything and analysed the GCS and wound on his head. Zac's medical history was seen by the nurse to assess his condition.

Medical report

1. BP Range: 141 / 88 mmHg
2. Pulse rate: 90 beats / minute
3. Breathing range: 17 breaths/minute
4. Oxygen content 99% of atmospheric air
5. Body temperature: 36.0C

GCS analysis

4 eyes, 4 verbal and 6 motor

Head injuries

4cm deep incision at the back of the head, slight bleeding from the injury, probably sutures needed.

 Sign of patience

An 18-year-old man who was taken in an ambulance for allegedly being hit by someone when he was hit in the head in a concrete kerb on the street at around 11 p.m. He was examined for a deep cut in the heat of about 4cm, followed by bleeding, he is dizzy and tired from the Pt analysis, GCSs were reported at 11.25 pm in hospital, no further injuries. He drank at least 5 peers since form 7'oclock, pain was observed from Pt to 5 / 10 in the occipital part. No pain relief from the Pt report was fit and in good condition.

Previous medical report

He has suffered from asthma since childhood, was given tetanus last year, does not take medication and has not seen a known allergy.
