In this section of the report, the interview is investigated and several numbers of questions will be discussed with the professor. As per the professor, there is a different culture of students study in the school therefore culture diversity is maintained in the classroom so that the interaction and communication between the students are maintained. Accordingly, to tutor in the classroom there are several students which are from different countries, therefore, it is very important to make a positive environment in the class and maintain the cultural diversity of every student so that the study did not impact. Professor told that culture inclusion plays a very important role while teaching as it promotes the laws and policies that ensure that cultural participation and the right to express different culture. The classroom has a diverse culture therefore culture inclusiveness is very important which helps the teacher to maintain effective relationships and the clear communication among the students.

Professor also highlights one incident in the class where one boy who is facing communication issue with other students and this also impact the classroom environment (Hodge et al. 2017). Therefore, the professor focuses on culture inclusiveness which helped her to create a culture of inclusion in the classroom. Culture inclusive environment requires mutual respect, effective communication; explain understanding about expectation, critical self-reflection. This also helps students to express their culture in front of the others feelings and also embrace each other culture and diversity. Culture inclusiveness is very important for the teacher because it helps in the education sector to maintain the cultural diversity among the students and make them aware and respectful for each other cultures.

Professor also told that in her classroom there are students which came from different countries, therefore, their way of talking and their accent is different from other students so for her it is very important to make inclusive culture in the class. Every student should respect each other and also respect each other differences. Professor also highlights that it is also important to respect each culture in the most effective way so that no offence or any kind of this disrespect will not be shown in terms of choosing the words and text while explaining the culture. It is also noted that different strategies are needed in culture learning is adopted and for that various sessions were conducted in the school to make inclusive culture in the classroom (Rekaa et al. 2019). These sessions were conducted by the organisation in the classroom so that each and every student will be aware of cultural inclusiveness and culture diversity in the classroom, as well as the professionals, also get the wider knowledge of the culture that followed by the student. The professor focuses on the cultural diversity and culture inclusion in the classroom and guides the student in such a direction that cultural diversity and inclusion is maintained in the classroom. All the questions in the interview are based on the intercultural understanding among students and what practices done by the processes of the school in order to maintain cultural diversity.

Curriculum Requirements

As per the professor, there are various rules and regulation that needs to be followed in the school because there are certain standard such as Australian professional standards for teachers that needs to be followed by the organisation. Australian professional standards for teachers comprises of majorly seven standards that identify what is expected in three domains of teaching (Moodie and Patrick 2017). These standards comprise of the content and the procedures through which students learn the plan and implementation of teaching and learning the creation of effective learning environment accessibility and feedback on student learning engagement of student professional learning in professional with colleagues and students’ parents etc. Quality learning plays a very important role in any student life and when the diverse student study in the same class that it becomes more important for the teacher to have a wide knowledge of cultural diversity and culture inclusiveness in the classroom (Derr, 2017). This standard must be followed by the education system so that the cultural diversity maintained and a student learns to respect and admire the culture adopted by another student.

This standard focuses on the components of quality teaching for the student. Effective learning comes from effective teaching and which is integrated and applied knowledge. Graduate teachers need to complete a qualification that needs the requirement of national credibility program and proof of education certification must be submitted in the organisation before appointing any teacher in the organisation. Apart from this Australian education system enhancing policies and strategies in order to give quality education to the students and with that standard for teaching profession and quality of learning is accomplished in Australian schools. The education system of Australia is already one of the best education systems in the world as it sets a benchmark of the standard education system. However, the Victorian curriculum Foundation is based on the five curriculum areas such as English, mathematics, arts, health and physical education and personal and social ability.

The victorian curriculum enables the development of targeted learning programs for all the students where the curriculum is used to plan in relation to the actual learning level of each student rather than their earlier the level of learning based on age. All the standards are followed in the Australian school and it is the basic standard that must be followed by the education institutions. The victorian curriculum is a set that every student learns during their initial eleven years of schooling (Ainscow and Messiou, 2018). This curriculum set out the common set of knowledge and skills that must be acquired by the students for lifelong learning and their development. These curriculums help the students to be proactive and knowledgeable in terms of acquiring informed citizenship. This helps the leader to plan and document a comprehensive plan for the students in the school in order to make them a good person and a responsible citizen.

Reflection of Developing Cultural Understandings

From the entire interview, I have noticed that diversity and culture inclusion plays a very important role in schooling and the importance of quality education also play a very important role for the student. In the interview, the focus of the processor is on the cultural diversity and culture inclusion and the fundamentals and the rules followed. The key focus of the processor is on the culture and western culture inclusion and the standard followed by the education institution. The initial part of the study focuses on the cultural diversity and inclusion program and the challenges faced by the teachers in order to deal with the students of diverse culture. The professor also discussed an incident of a boy who faced cultural difference in the classroom and did not perform well in the class (Civitillo et al. 2018). The professor shared experience and acknowledges the importance of cultural inclusion in order to make every one of rare and respectful the religion and culture followed by every student.

Culture inclusive environment requires mutual respect, effective communication; explain understanding about expectation, critical self-reflection. This also helps students to express their culture in front of the other students and also embrace each other culture and diversity. Culture inclusiveness is very important for the teacher because it helps in the education sector to maintain the cultural diversity among the students and make them aware and respectful for each other cultures. From the interview, it is noted that there are various challenges faced by the students in the school when the diverse culture of student study together. Some students face challenges in communicating with other students because of assent they have and the language problem. This is the biggest problem for student as it creates a communication gap among the students.

The second section of the study focuses on the fundamentals and the standards followed by the educational institution in Australia. Australia is one of the most developed and modernised countries with the best education system. Admission system of Australia is one of the best education systems in the world as it comprises of productive strategies and effective learning practices (Bini 2017). Various standards incorporated in the education system that include all the aspects of learning and enabling different strategies in the system. There are various eligibility criteria for the teachers in the Australian education system. Teachers should be highly qualified and fulfil all the criteria of the system. All the organisation must provide training and practice session to the new teachers in the organisation and then make them interact with the students in the schools. The teachers and the students should have proper communication and there should be no discrimination or partiality in the schools. Apart from this, different standards followed by the Austrian School such as the Victoria curriculum which sets a number of standards for the schools (Petrov 2017).

These standards are for the teachers and every teacher needs to follow all these rules and regulation in the classroom. This standard includes communication strategies that are must be fulfilled by the teachers when interacting with the students as well as the culture intrusion is also included in this standard. The teachers need to build an innovative and interactive atmosphere in the classroom so that the students that engage easily and the communication gap will be eradicated. The standard also focuses on the relationship between the teachers and the students. All the standards are formed in the Australian school and are the basic standard that must be followed by the education institution. The victorian curriculum is a set that every student learns during their initial eleven years of schooling. This curriculum set out the common set of knowledge and skills that must be acquired by the students for lifelong learning and their development (Zhang 2019). The relationship between the teachers and the student is also an important part in the school because an effective relationship builds a good environment and culture diversity in the very important classroom. Various sessions must be conducted by the organisation for the teachers time by time as it helps them to enhance their skills.

From this interview session, I have understood the importance of cultural diversity and inclusion in the classroom however there are various challenges faced by the teachers as well as students in the classroom. Challenges faced by the teachers are the communication gaps and the language issue among the students which can only be eradicated after a period. However, it is also difficult for the teacher to focus on every student because a large number of students study together in the classroom and focusing on a single student is very difficult for the teacher. A different problem faced by students in the classroom is a language barrier, communication gap etc. All the teachers need to be very cooperative and interactive with the students in order to eradicate the communication gap among the students which impact their studies.

The students who are from different countries have different culture believe and acceptance from the other students in the classroom. Therefore the policies and the procedure of the organisation must be aligned in such a way that the issues should not be faced by the student in the classroom. Certain sessions were organised by the organisation in order to eradicate discrimination in the classroom and a single language is followed that help every student in the class to interact. Apart from this Victorian curriculum also play a very important role in the organisation working as it sets the standard for the student as well as a teacher in the organisation (Hincks 2016). From this study, it has been noticed that quality of education is really important and the way of teaching is also important in the education system and Australian education system focus on these two aspects.
