This is a reflection on online learning and its impact on the personal and professional development especially on the development of managerial skills due to coronavirus pandemic. The reflection is written in DIEP format.

Describe: This is the time of coronavirus pandemic that have led to the conduction of online classes for all the students. This digital learning experience is very different from the classroom learning experience as I have faced many issues and have observed development in both personal and professional aspect.

Interpret: I believe that the online learning due to coronavirus pandemic has assisted in my skill development in this unit. This online experience is definitely different from a classroom experience but in a positive manner. I have learnt some of the content in online classes related to ethics and I found myself to be more interesting in this topic and learning this from various sources. I faced few issues like managing the work and studies simultaneously along with keeping safe during this pandemic. I believe that I was able to manage well and this has led to improving my managerial skills. It strengthened my decision- making as on to the topic of study and I was able to better communicate with others.

Evaluate: This has served as an advantage for my personal and professional experience because I have learnt that no matter what comes in life the study must always go on. One should be competent enough to have good managerial skills to be able to manage all the things at same time. I do not feel any difference in my knowledge when I compared the other topics that were taught during classroom sessions and the topic of ethics taught during online learning class.
