The Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics are making implementation of online payment gateway, so, it becomes important to use the security certificates and third party entities to maintain security and customer trust as well. The SSL based certificates are maintained by both Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics but TRUSTe which is third part entity is only maintained by Jaycar Electronics. As Jaycar Electronics supplied costly electronics so, it becomes important to use the SSL certificates and third party entities by this ecommerce platform. The BBB third party entity is not maintained by any of these selected ecommerce platforms. The use of these SSL and digital certificates in maintaining online transactions for both selected ecommerce platforms is helping them to maintain their security [Li, 2016]. All the financial transactions done by end consumer through these platforms are highly secured by SSL encryption and digital certificates. 

8. Recommendations to Both B2C Services

The popularity of both Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics is very high in Australia and both are providing unique and best services to their end consumers. But still there is some chance of making possible recommendations for both these ecommerce platforms and my recommedations to them are pointed underneath:

• Both of these Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics ecommerce platforms are not making registration facility as compulsory for placing any order. The customers are allowed to add unlimited items to their carts with having any registration to both ecommerce platforms. Thus, it is recommended that Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics makes it essential to complete the registration process first before placing any order.
• The involvement of third party entities like TRUSTe is very rare in both these selected ecommerce platforms. The use of these third party entities like TRUSTe and BBB will improve their authentication and security.
• Both of these Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics ecommerce platforms are allowing to save the username and passwords in used web browsers. This can lead to security breach for the end consumers. Thus, any password saving facility must not be allowed by these ecommerce vendors.
• These Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics are allowing to save the card details in the user account. Thus, high SSL based encryption must be implemented for improving the financial transaction security.
• The implementation of encryption is only done on the financial transaction. These Woolworths and Jaycar Electronics must maintain encryption on complete database of end user.
