1. The observation and assessment is the method that can help the staff to understand the need of the child for support. The method includes observing the child observe his/her action that can help to identify the issue concerning the activity. The next step is to assess that include conversation with the child to identify the issue and it helps to plan for the support that can help the child. Many ways can be utilized to support the children and help them to overcome the issue. The type of support depends upon the need of the children thus staff should communicate with the child to understand their need. The different supports that can help the child include the supportive environment, productive strategies, social and development assistance and system support (Darling-Hammond et al., 2020). These supports can help the child to resolve his/her issue and get actual assistance concerning the need.
2. Effective communication skills will be utilized to improve the conversation with the child that will directly improve the learning. Verbal and nonverbal communication methods are considered to improve the understand and increase client comfort (Kelvin-Iloafu, 2017). The behavioural guidance is one of the methods that can be utilized during interacting with children as it helps to improve the behavioural aspect of the child. Positive behavioural guidance is associated with improved understand and learning regarding the accurate way to react and respond with others. It helps to improve the identity of the individual as it will help to improve the behavioural aspect of the child that as direct influence over the identity. It helps to improve the interaction with surrounding children that help to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of the individual. Both of the methods will help to improve the understanding of the child concerning identity and wellbeing.

Many ways can help to identify the cultural identity of the individual and one of them includes communication that helps to understand the language of the other individual as it is considered to be one of the important aspects of the cultural identity. Another type of information includes information regarding the family background that helps to identify the cultural background that frames the cultural identity of the individual. The information regarding the local community is another aspect that helps to understand the different cultural belief and values of the community that help to identify eh cultural identity. The information regarding the behavioural aspect of the individual also helps to identify the cultural identity of the individual due to different traditional practise that influence behavioural aspect of individual, family and local community.
4. Cultural competent workforces are one of the methods that can help to improve the working practice of the organization and improve the quality of service (Jenifer & Raman, 2017). The cultural competent care helps to promote the cultural safe services that help the client to feel comfortable and utilize the service to reduce the chances of the issue. The diversity helps the workforce to understand the different culture aspect and promote the cultural safe environment in the organization. The cultural and linguistic competent workforce is directly responsible for better service with increase client satisfaction that helps to promote the cultural safe environment in the organization (Jongen et al., 2018). Many organizations can help the organization to resolve the cultural diverse issue. Some of the organizations are Australian Multicultural Foundation, Centre for Cultural, Ethnicity and health, Multicultural Communities Council of SA, Community Development Division, Multicultural Affairs in Queensland and Victorian Multicultural Commission (Australian Government, 2020).
5. The equal support and recognition of the cultural diverse silent language can be maintained by introducing the culturally diverse workforce in the organization. The cultural diverse workforce helps to promote the different language in the organization which directly helps to support the children from the different cultural background (Peyton & Fitzpatrick, 2017). The diverse workforce will try to utilize the different languages during the activity that help to improve the cultural diversity at services and promote cultural competent service. The organization will try to support the individual from the different cultural background by utilizing cultural competent language that helps to improve linguistic compatibility at the workplace.
6. The increasing diversity in Australia has increased the need to be more cultural and linguistic compatible concerning every aspect of society (Brown et al., 2018). There are different method that are been utilized to promote the cultural competent services in Australia and to reduce the disparity in the system. One of the methods that were utilized by the Australian government is a multicultural policy that helps to promote the different cultural belief and values of the residence that should be considered. Another method that is adopted by Australia is reducing the barriers that are associated with culturally incompetence services that help to improve the quality of services. The cultural diverse workforce at a different organizational level also promotes the cultural competency at the organization level and promote cultural competency. Different organizations aim to promote the cultural competency and help to resolve the issue that related to the disparity in the services. These methods are utilized to promote the meet the diversity of the Australian population.

The first thing that I will do is to educate my colleague that discussing the client personal information with other individual is a breach of confidentiality and privacy of the client that is not acceptable. We as a Service provided are expected to maintain the client and privacy and confidentiality to improve the patient experience. Professionalism does not allow us to discuss the client personal information with other colleagues and this can lead to legal action. The other thing that I will convey to my colleagues is to respect and understand the different cultural belief of the individual. The individual from the different cultural background has different tradition and values that set them apart so we need to maintain cultural competency during the service. I will help him/her to understand how we can help the client to feel comfortable by utilizing effective communication skill that helps to improve patient satisfaction.
