All the executive and judicial branches have accepted the democratic position and state power of Russia by following all the ideologies and religions (Hellinger, 2019).

Saudi Arabia and United States enjoyed a long term relationship on the basis of large economical and beneficial one to expand the trade of oil between them on a large scale and as being largest partners of trade in worldwide and Middle East. They have done a billion of arms trade between them and U.S sold about 110 billion dollars arms to Saudi Arabia. The average amount of oil refined by U.S is almost 12 million barrels per day but 20 million barrels are utilized on everyday basis. So according to their need they have to import the rest amount of oil for their usage that’s why U.S needs Saudi Arab for oil reserves (Ruiz Estrada, 2012).

Some amount oil is also imported by Canada but most of the U.S oil refineries prefer oil from Saudi Arabia. The big reason for diverging relation between two states was due to some specifications and criticism occurred because both of states were allies of each other in World War II and also were allies in the Afghanistan against the soviets. The disagreement between both countries began due to the state of Israel and also from oil exporters of Middle East and the oil crises started when oil prices increased. Many other reasons comprise the US. Led invasion of Iraq and war of terror and other issues which are opposed by Saudi Arabia has made decline in relationship between two countries in the presidency of Obama and later the relationship was straightened by Donald trump by having a visit to Saudi Arabia which was his very first visit when he became president of United States (Spiering, 2015).

The aspects for changing their minds relates to enhancement of a foreign policy and rules were implemented on several nations including China, Russia and others to approach for regime change and to access nation addresses of the states comprising socialism or religious regime like Venezuela. For getting command over reservation of regime change, Mr. Maduro have decided and have to understand that it is going to be his last opportunity because of failure in regime of china and Russian federations and other states of US being as true supporters of Venezuela (Hellinger, 2019).

 The pressure opposed by Maduro regime was also a big aspect because the pressure was from political aspect comprising the 6 parliamentary elective candidates to associate with the hearing of the senate relations committee. Maduro regime attracted the states and made Cuban and Venezuelan media to get associated with regime (Spiering, 2015).
