(i) the context

The organization is the service industry and it has the 7 departments which are into the accounts, finance, the operations team, sales, marketing, and purchase and the administration team. As each of the departments is different, the staff would be different hired from the other skills set. The applicability would be dependent on handling the people and how the organization can help the people to work in collaboration with the organization's goals. The teams have the different goal, for example, the sales team has the goal to achieve the sales target of the 10% unit, while the marketing team has the goal of the 10% of the cost reduction in the marketing techniques, but all of them are working for the one standard goals and they have the one objective to make the organization grow (Wilson, 2017). The skills and expertise of each of the teams are different such as the human resource is into the hiring of the key executives who would be experienced and versatile, similar for the Accounts team they would be more oriented towards budgeting and allocation. Similarly, the hiring would be based on similar expertise and goals.

(ii) The organizational team behavior problem to be addressed The organizational behavior which needs to be addressed is the lack of transparency and the coordination in the role. This is potentially due to the mismanagement of the resources and there is a lack of communication (Wilson, 2018).

Understanding of The Organization and The Team Behavior

Each of the teams is divided into the leader and the subordinates. The teams listen to their leaders, while the leader’s goal is to guide and work progressively for the department goals into the organization's common goals. At every hierarchy, the communication should flow from the top to bottom and from the bottom to the top (Bingley, 2019). The problem here is the conflicts, due to the miscommunication and the transparency of the communication. The leaders and the mangers are unable to handle the team goals, due to the overburdening and there is also a lack of transparency in between them. The organization has a hierarchy and is into the three levels of management. The top management has the management who gives the direction and the decisions making.

The middle management helps to manage and ensures al the directions are followed. , while the goal of lower management is to ensure and work progressively towards one center's goals (Bracher, 2019). But overall the problem of the management lies in the lack of transparency, handling of the grievances, and inability to handle the consequences. As observed, the problem is also in the inter-department conflicts and also the lack of the management of the resources. Each of the departments is unable to handle the key requirements and they put a blame game. To ensure the organization works smoothly, there should be a better inter-department relation and each of the departments is working towards a common goal.

They should target and think proactively that can sync in with the common vision and the goals. As identified, the problem lies in the lack of communication, such as if the sales want a target of 10% it has to coordinate and work with the marketing team who has to work in exercising he best suitable advertising techniques which are less costly and effective also. The sales if it has to target the 10% of the goal then it would have to collaborate and work with the other departments such as marketing increasing the promotion activities (instead of freezing budgets) the human resource needs to hire the adequate executives that can work as per the department goals and organization orientation. At every level to goals should be in collaboration and coordination with the other team departments that can help to work toward the common goals (e Cunha, 2020).

To ensure they are working to reduce conflicts and can work in the communications, through the face to face meetings. Leaders of each departments can share their insights and also change the team goals inline to the organization's goal. The leaders can change organizational behavior through rewards, motivation, and recognition (Bingley, 2019). Each of the team members can work collaboratively and also cordately, to understand the challenges and the other issues. Such as if there is any problem in the resource allocation, any related concern, or the team conflicts, then each of the team members can work in coordination with each other.

Evaluating Organizational Behaviour

Organizational Behaviour is rational thinking and not an emotional feeling about people. The major objective of organisational behaviour is to explain and predict human behaviour. It seeks to balance human and technical values at work. It is not a discipline but a separate field of study. It integrates behavioural sciences like psychology, sociology, anthropology, social psychology, etc. Organisational behaviour is both science and art. Knowledge about human behaviour in organization indicates it as a science.

The skill required to apply that knowledge to recognize the individual difference in managerial style. Organisational behavior is an application of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in the organisation. It does by taking a system approach (Bunea, 2019). Rewards, recognizing, and the motivation-: The organization can work with the main aim to reward and recognize the employee. It would help the employee to think that their organization's goals and the individual personal goals are in sync. Monetary gains-: the leaders can show a positive attitude by encouraging the employees for better personal and professional growth. With the monetary gains, increase in wages, bonus and the related perks, it would help in the overall organizational goals.

Open communication-: Each of the departments should work inline with each other and it should be an open communication that can help the departments to coordinate and work adjacently with each other. It would be an added advantage and would help to reduce conflicts, miscommunications, and even any sort of errors.
