The two important reasons for monitoring is that it improves and to proves show performance in past months performance to the manager as well as to the department. It is necessary process in organisation because it enhances the team performance by monitoring each and every aspects of team productivity (Menon, 2019). Monitoring also helps to prove that the team performance is on the right path by showing the results to the upper manager by monitoring and it also maintained the standard of doing processes in the organisation.

When monitoring client progress against a plan and making a report then the data that might be collected and used are comprises of client performance in past months and its progress in last days. Monitoring here refers to the changes that client have make in their performance after joining the organisation. These changes mainly comprises of their performance, progress, improvisation in day to day work etc. All these changes are noted and the entire data of the month or more than 2-3 months is collected and then the report is formed which represent the progress of the client from initial phase to the present.

The case manager, case workers and service providers are involved in monitoring process because they are the important part of the organisation and all the works of the organisation are conducted under them. The case managers are to monitor the progress of each employee as the promotions and all kinds of rewards are approved by them. Case workers and service providers are also important in monitoring process because they work together with the client so that they can understood the work they are doing and also helps to properly evaluate their progress as per the work that client has done.

KPI stands for or key performance indicators which measurable values that permit to understand the working of the organisation (Zama, Abbas & Lee, 2016). The KPI for financial department is the profit, revenue vs target and expense vs budget. These are the three KPI performance indicators that are important in the organisation financial department in order to evaluate the performance.

In order to resolve the conflict between two employees first of all as a team leader it is important to make sure that each employee completes their work in the organisation without taking any organisation accessories to their homes. All the work should be completed in the office and no employees in the office will permit to take laptop. In order to resolve the conflict I will first check the work of both the employees and see the amount of work both need to done and then one person will be allowed to take laptop on urgent basis then the laptop only provided and penalties will be applied on both of them because they are not doing their work in organisation.

The process which is conducted by Rodney in order to deal with employees is very wrong as it may lead to increase employee turnover in the organisation. It is very important for a leader to manage proper communication with employees and helps them to manage the problems and eradicate the mistakes that they have done in the previous work (Haq & Khoo, 2016). It is very important for the organisation to have proper communication channels that helps the employee to improve their performance without getting demotivated or embarrassed among the other employees. Therefore, making employees demotivated and scolding them in front of other employees may lead to increase turnover rate and these needs to be eradicated.

Actions needs to be taken in each conditions

The organisation will surely support the employee because they employ have always support the organisation and perform excellent in each conditions. The leaves will be provided to the employee and work from home will be provided to them so that employee can take care of her mother and also do his work.

If the employee performance identified unsatisfactory then proper action will be taken such as the issues faced by employee and also the areas that need to be improvised by them is also analyzed. Team leader will support the employee but if it is not improvised then penalties will be applied and strict action will be taken.

The organisation will strictly take action against the employee because any kind of addiction is not entertained in the organisation and if employees found to have taking drugs then he will immediately fire from the organisation and strict action will be taken so that this kind of action will not be come again.

The organisation fulfils the needs and requirements of the one section of customers that is the older one which faces depression but the customer which are teens do not feel to see any improvisation in their condition. Organisation will surely work on the feedback given by the customers as well as adopt different strategies that meet the requirements of the customers. Firstly, the organisation the gaps that they are facing while delivering services to the teens customers. The organisation will involve a new technique that can deal with depression faced by the adults and they need some different medications. The organisation will surely focus on the feedback given by the customers and then adopt different strategies and medication process that can help to retain customers.

The feedback given by all the peoples who are suffering from mental illness will be taken progressively as each feedback is very important for the organisation in order to enhance the services. As the feedback is very positive so we will take this as an inspiration and motivation for each employee who works hard for the organisation (Tran, 2017). If feedbacks are given on the performance and the performance of particular employee is mentioned in the feedback than the reward will be given to that employees which lead to inspire other employees to perform better in the organisation.
