Situation

The recent extract has been uploaded from the IDG which is the world’s best technological media, the marketing and the data services company exposed that 56% of the start-up has been adopted by the strategy for digital transformation while 90% of the business has already been implemented or planning to implement the first digital strategy. IDG became the State of Digital Business Transformation in 2018. With the changing of times and where the people find themselves in the 5^th revolution of the industry, the business pressurizes for adopting the digital strategy to be always in the first position in the competition, but the situational part arises of the expenses the business needs to adapt for leaving other people behind(Panda and Rath, 2018).

The stakeholders for the business have been categorized from low to high. In the lower position, the competitors and the staffs are being considered, where the competitors provide the business with constant monitoring and the staffs defend the company from being attacked by the competitors, then followed by the cooperation of the higher stakeholders and those are the SHA management and the regular brokers, where the SHA management provides the business with the support and the regular brokers provide the business with the collaboration(Saha, 2018).

The rapid growth of the development in technology has provided new solutions to the old age problems of the business where human labor has failed in resolving the issues. The impact of digital disruption in the businesses raises the anxiety in the highlights affected by the existing force of human labor(Saha, 2018). Form history can understand that the technological outcomes came along with it, loss of jobs, and other negative impacts. However, there has been no technological advances that wou8ld tolerate the disruption that the industries face at the same time and is required all the collaboration and the inclusive approach for managing the occurrence on the affected jobs, as a result, preparing the business for facing the future impacts of the disruptions and to0 fail in it. The elimination of this negative perception will be removed permanently by implementing new opportunities in the business(Panda and Rath, 2018).
