This indicates how the two factors of tourism industry and performing arts has helped boosting the participation of families in event. Besides that, the event issues comprise of lack of participation of families concerning cultural differences and contribution that affects the quality of life majorly. Without participation of families irrespective of their cultural backgrounds, it is not possible to contribute equally to reach common goals of event management and which in turn will affect the quality of life as well.

This is to conclude that studying the journal article has provided a significant understanding of the factors of event management concerning issues and participation. The article is based on family participation in event management while comparing the survey data of Rotorua and St Albans. This indicates that the finding and data provided are valid and carries value to refer to further studies that are related to the topic of event management concerning family participation. Besides, the research provides a cases study that caters to create further inquiry areas into the part of event play within the quality of life, family flourishing, and maintain cultural diversity effectively. As per the findings of the study, it can comprehend that organizations, festivals, and events succeeded in luring high level of participation of people in small cities.
