To address the issue of smoking, the approach of smoking cessation has been undertaken to ensure prevention and reduction of quality factors within the healthcare setting. The implementation of a particular approach will ensure that it aligns with the healthcare organization's value and adhere to the clinical governing and ethical standards effectively. With reference to such fact, smoking cessation has been an effective method of reducing the use of tobacco usage and prevent mortality rate to drop significantly. Thus, this report will be beneficial in understanding the concept of smoking cessation and the various factors associated to increase the effectiveness of healthcare organizations significantly.
