I would like to express my interest in HR advisor position with your company as my experience aligns with the qualities you are searching in HR advisor. I am currently associated with HR partners in Brisbane but was looking for an organization that support ethical practices and the one that has high values (Hanna, 2019). When I was searching for the company, I realised the fact that the company's policies state to provide a good life for the people who have experienced disability or are disabled by birth. Since childhood, I always wanted to be a social worker and your company would help me in living my dream.

Moreover, I am a quick learner and have the capabilities to provide support to the team members of the organization. I know how to interpret awards, employment law as well as legislation. If required I can even train the new joiners by providing them training to help develop their skills. I have a positive team attitude and can bring those candidates for the employer how can become an asset for the organization (Hirata, 2019). I think since I have most all the qualities required for HR advisor thus please consider my candidature for the position. 

Here are some five KSA which I possess and is also required by the organization.

  • To have self-motivation for overcoming dreadful situations.
  • Articulation of team strength and improving morale by giving talented reviews to the people.
  • To assess the performance of the employees and help the company in improvement plans.
  • To guide the management staff in recruiting people through communication.
  • To oversee staffing for consistent and effective recruitment.

I even have the knowledge and skill to prepare reports required by government and state agencies. I can give the best advice to the employer while recruiting people for the organization. I even have the skills to manage multiple projects at a time. I know how to schedule or organize meetings. I ensure you that if I get selected I will be committed to values, mission and vision of the organization. I have excellent communication skill which is very essential for an HR advisor to have.

Besides this, I also possess emotional intelligence, resilience and physical capacity to do the work and select candidate for the organization. I understand the roles and responsibilities and work within a professional and personal multi-cultural environment. I am sure that I will be able to undertake these duties and also maintain a good working culture in the environment. I also have a solid educational background and passion for coordinating human resources (Olson & Smyth, 2017). I am enthusiastic to join the organization and start staffing programs for the candidates. I will also welcome all the opportunities which would help the organization in improving itself. I also had research skills which will help me to find the best employee for the Unisson disability organisation.

I have a habit of screening all the applications and personally conduct interviews of the candidates to know them more. Keep the records of all the candidates who have performed better. I can deal with the situations that may arise in the organization promptly. I also know how to evaluate the performance of the employees and when they appreciate them. I also ensure all the candidates know their job and all the policies before they join the organization. I demonstrate passion in my work and it will be visible if I get the opportunity to work with the company. I am looking for this opportunity because I want to continue my growth in this field. Working with Unisson will be another benefit as I will be able to remain close to the dream.

Self-motivation and communication skills

These are the two KSA that are very essential for the organization. If a candidate does not possess any of these in that case, the employee selection chances decrease. It is because self- motivation helps the employee to come out of any situation which is impossible for the candidate to solve. Besides this, the workload may increase or else I may stop enjoying the job which I selected as per my interest. In such a situation, self-motivation will help me to overcome the challenges and become a good employee (Waung, McAuslan, DiMambro & Mięgoć, 2017). On the other hand, communication is equally important for the organization. I have been working as a human advisor know how to communicate my ideas, thoughts and suggestions over certain things in front of the organization. Both of these qualities make me a strong contender for this particular position.

Situation - While working with my current company, I become frustrated because of the work pressure and was facing issues in balancing my work and persona life. One of the employees of the organization suddenly left and there was no one to manage the work and each and everything came on my shoulder.

Task: I was to recruit people, maintain a sheet of the candidates who performed well, assess the resume of the people, take interviews and send the final report to the head of the management. Apart from this, I also had to provide assign work to my juniors to find the relevant candidate (James et al., 2020).

Action: I remained positive towards the work and took it has a challenge. I communicated about the work pressure to the authority members.

Result: Self -motivation helped me overcome this situation. Authority realised and appointed another worker in the place of the one who left.

The trend is changing and now digitalization is taking place in all spheres and this is why even it is important for the organizations to adopt it in their workflow. I will bring the required change by creating software which will help in managing the work. This initiative will change the workflow in the organization. Employees will be able to get the work through it and submit it before the deadline. Initially, it would be difficult for the people to get adjust with it as it is something new for the employees as well as the organization but slowly and steadily, this issue will get reduced. This software will also help create an engaging onboarding experience by welcoming new employees and providing them access to these resources (Pierce, 2017). The managers of the employees will be able to communicate expectations clearly and can also introduce new employees to the other team members. It will also contain a strength assessment feature to make employees understand who they are and in which things he is good at. This information will be helpful for employees to learn more. This application will maximize the potential and will decrease the paperwork which is very time-consuming in comparison to the digitalized one.
