The Post Sales Manager position requires efficient contribution of the candidate to maintain professional and technical sales knowledge by optimum management and maintenance of profitable sales volume and economic indicators, handling of the order fulfillment and after-sales services including the complaints, redressals, relationships management and support, etc. towards closing the sales with customer. The position for Post Sales Manager includes creating and implementing the sales plan that best suits the requirements and expectancies of the organizational profitability.

Job role 2.

The Operations Co-ordinator position is responsible for end-to-end management and backing up the international business operations by keeping in view the fiscal aims and targets, and inventory operations processing by coordination of activities involved in the inventory and order processing activities to check the operational accuracy by proper follow up of the operation management layout. In addition to this, the Operations Co-ordinator must focus on ensuring the flow of international operations as well as domestic flow of operations by scheduling and arranging the task activities of multi-departmental forces and their execution with arousal of lowest possible elapsed time.

Data Entry Operations Managerial position is accountable for preparation, compliation, organization, and managing the data and information of each order processed and keeping managed the data entries of the process in accessible ways. In addition to this, the Data Entry Operator is responsible for the complete transaction of high-volume data using word processing, databases, and recorders. The Data Entry Operations Manager must also ensure to maintain a standard and proper filing system for management of confidentiality of customer information, performing regular backups of the filing to ensure data preservation and upload it as an electronic filing system on a regular basis.

Along with this, good conduct on effective budget development, sales data analysis skills, presentation skills, etc. would be appreciable.

A minimum of 2-4 years of expertise in either Operations Management or other relevant field.


MBA or any other relevant qualification such as PGDM, BE, etc. with more than 70% in the respective educational experience along with the professional experience so far.

The International Operations Manager must comply to inhibit and reflect the personal skills and attributes of management and behavior like good management attributes, critical thinking and planning, international communication management, knowledge of international languages and culture, good administrative skills, etc.

The Data Entry Operation Management position requires candidate with a minimum expertise of 1-3 years in the similar domain.


BE, Btech, or any relevant Computer or Data Science degree with atleast first division grades.

The Data Entry Operations Manager must imply personal skills and attributes relating to the management and professional areas of expertise such as sound knowledg of computer and programming activities, critical thinking and analytics, strong written and verbal communication skills, multitasking, etc.
