User	User Stories	Achievement Criteria
US-1	As a member of the team, I should have the login credentials	The team member should be given clear privileges for login in their accounts
US-2	As a member of the team, I should be able to communicate & collaborate with my team members via different options	The team’s members will be shown all the options such as live event support and streamed events support, integration of external applications, support for sharing of files, and real-time communication & collaboration.
US-3	As an admin/owner of the team, I should be given options to create, edit teams, team names, add channels edit or delete private channels	Once set properly this will be looked after by the Microsoft teams application
US-4	As the manager of the team, I should be given access to track and evaluate key communication tools within the application of the Microsoft Team	Once deployed this will be taken care of by the Microsoft teams application
US-5	As a Moderator I should have all the channel level capabilities such as access to launch new channel posts and monitor whether team members are able to respond to existing channel messages & can also govern whether channel messages can be sent by bots and connectors.	Once deployed properly with all proper settings, this will be taken care of by the Microsoft teams application.
US-6	As the owner of the company, I should have the capability to communicate virtually with all my employees working at different sites.	The deployment of the Microsoft teams at all four company sites successfully will take care of this.

Agile Concept

Sprint 1:

The company authorities describe the objectives of the Sprint & what backlog items will be contributing to the achievement of the final goal. The planning of sprints will be carried out along with the company authorities & the project development team of “We do amazing things”.The project development team then decided on which tasks will be done first, which development team member will do that task & within what period the task should be finished.

The following tasks were identified:

Installing Microsoft Team Desktop Clients on all computers
Checking & confirming the network & optimization requirement.
Creating teams & channels for each site of the company & Monitor usage and feedback
Arranging for the resources & implementing organization-wide implement to combine all four site-wise teams.
Monitor usage and feedback.

For sprint-1, one week will be given.

Sprint2:

Here the project development team of “We do amazing things”, plans on the tasks to be carried, that are necessary to deliver or achieve the company’s goal of Setting up the team across all four sites of the Company & achieve communication between all the teams between the employees/teams of all four sites of the organization.

The teams install & set the Microsoft Desktop Clients on all the PC’s (111 computers) of all four sites of the organization. The team confirms the network requirements (as already the organization is using Office 365). For sprint-2, three weeks will be given.

Sprint 3:

Here the development team created the site-wise teams & tried to monitor the usage. Then carried out the organization-wide team setup & monitored about the usage the project & the feedback was taken. For sprint 3, two weeks will be kept.

Sprint 4:

The team gave a final demo of the goal. The team virtually discussed the final implementation with the company. The items that were ‘completed’ were shown & discussed with the various stakeholders of the project. Then the organization decided about the launch of the product. For sprint 3, one week will be used.
