Student world has a college campus and its main audience which will utilize the services of ICT includes students, college staff, the faculties of IT department, and the Student Union department. These departments are engaged in working with the modification in process, organization and design. These entire department works with using the ICT architecture. So, it must be guaranteed that these values are added into strategies, and thus they are a fragment of the architecture of the organization. The ICT values and principles are also supportive for the technical adviser, managers or supervisors of the Student World. These are the persons who formulate and manage digital services in the organization. In this way, for building ICT architecture, Student World’s necessities, responsibilities, guiding principles should be measured.

There will be a requirement of computer systems with operating system and basic software’s as the hardware’s and software’s for the Student World organization. For choosing the hardware’s and software’s following criteria’s should be followed:

Selection of Software

1. Up-to-date version of software must be preferred

2. Selected Software must follow standards 

3. Software should be helpful in accomplishing the organizational objectives

4. Software warranties length must be correct

Selection of Hardware

1. Up-to-date Hardware must be preferred 

2. Checking of hardware compatibility with existing networks

3. Regular Hardware maintenance 

4. Hardware warranties length must be proper

5. Hardware should be upgradeable to accomplish the future requirements

6. Assessments must be carried out regularly which will guide about the conclusion of replacement or up-gradation of the installed structure.

The facilities of ICT are integrated in the organization for decreasing the difficulties and expenses of the systems. The ICT architecture consists of various components of computer software and hardware. Student World organization needs the computer software’s and hardware’s to support scholars in their academics. The architectural view of ICT for the student world includes conceptual, logical, physical and contextual interpretations of the organization. 

The main components of the ICT architecture for Student World comprises of a well- framed infrastructure and technology covering:

Requirements of Student World:

The students and staff have some specific requirements about networking and there is also a requirement for the addition of some related features in the report.

Student World needs own area network for the staff and students to get consistent and fast facilities. The purpose behind this is to deliver the facilities easily in the building of the campus and the hostel area. Also there is a requirement of a website for all the students and staff members of Student World for logging in and gaining valuable information from it. A set of software and hardware is also required to assist the students in their academics. The manager of Student World needs to restrict the use of internet and some website access. There is a necessity of a secure system which comprises of the academic information in soft copy for the students and staff. Also, there is a requirement for a backup system. 

Proposed solution System: A novel electrical engineering college which is named as Student world will use the latest technical developments in their campus using an Information and communication technology strategy. There are several divisions in the college like the staff department, the IT department and the Student Union department which will be profited with the assistance of the proposed solution system.

Analyzing and classifying the responses of the consumers play an important role. Considering the positive and negative responses the worth of consumer is justified. After which the required changes are incorporated in the scheme as per the latest trends. The suggestions of the ICT architecture depend mainly on the persons who will apply it. So, it is essential to integrate the required changes. The ICT architectural suggestion should be made according to the requirements and limitations of the students and staff of Student World. There are numerous ways to examine the feedback which includes:

1. Examining all the root causes of feedbacks

2. Classifying the feedbacks as positive and negative feedback

3. Considering the latest  trends

4. Understanding the consumer worth

The ICT report is required to deliver the necessary technical details for the Student world organization. This report is required for the effective decision-making procedure. All the necessary details are analyzed before forming the business decision. There should be no grammatical or spelling errors in the report. The introduction and conclusion provides the overall conclusions of the whole report of the Student World. The report includes pictorial depictions to validate the derived inferences. The report assists in recognizing the requirements like purchase of tools. The ICT report provides the particulars about the solutions and their explanations for scientific and technical problems within Student World.
