In context to the KAPCO Project, I would like to start to shed light on professional standpoint to be applied in my cultural competence through acknowledging Traditional Custodians regarding land as well as to show my respect towards past and current elders of Australia's nationwide Indigenous communities. Thus, by considering this aspect, now I would like to express my utmost interest in the professional career as Project Officer, cultural awareness position for this particular KAPCO project, a major supply chain project aiming at breeding cattle by providing training opportunities to Aboriginal people across the remote areas of West Kimberley (Fiske et al. 2016). Contextually, my present positioning is based on professional standpoint in reference with the matrix for the cultural competence evolves through certain sensitivity points of respective culture. Hence, in this accordance, I would stated that major and intense involvement as well as consultation and holistic contributions with the respective Indigenous communities locally would be considered vital for undertaking accurate cattle breeding and management techniques. My strong viewpoint in this respect is more likely to help me in optimising my core cultural competence through allowing and possessing open mindedness in order to explore norms and core values of Indigenous culture of Australia enthusiastically.
Furthermore, in relation to this, I would like to further state that as per the Wiradjuri phrase of "Yindyamarra Winhanganha" that emphasizes on the aspect of wisdom of respectfully possessing the knowledge of the way to live well within the world that is worth living in is my core and base standpoint on the professional viewpoint (Cameron et al. 2016). Being in cultural awareness position, I aim at utilizing this particular traditional knowledge of wisdom to develop my future professional career sustaining in the Australia as well as also across the globe.
Based on the given case this has been stated that this entire project has several social, institutional as well as historical factors which affect them both positively as well as negatively. As I am the recruited project manager, the veterinary scientist in order to carry out their projects in this situation, this is important for me to know these different aspects which actually relevant and necessary for this project of supply nation. This is important for me as project manager in this KAPCO project to properly identify their social, institutional as well as historical factors, which are discussed below in a structured manner.
The social factors could be the lifestyles, safety or religious view of the employees and stakeholders. As the company in this situation wants to work with the local indigenous communities as well as entrepreneurs, this is important for me as project manager to properly consider their social culture as well as beliefs (Gibson & McAllister, 2015, June). In order to create some value in a sustainable manner with the local communities this would be appropriate for this business or company to know about the local communities, their lifestyles as well as their religious view and also we have to respect that as well. These different social factors could therefore lead me as project manager of this project towards the goal where I would be able to create my professional skills with a strong motive and in a sustainable way. These kinds of movements also help KAPCO to create a strong relationship with the local indigenous communities as well as local businesses or entrepreneurs also. This will create a positive motive towards this overall project in this context.
There could be several institutional Factors which can affect this project of KAPCO. As this organization wants to collaborate with the local indigenous communities and several local entrepreneurs or businesses, hence this is essential for me as the project manager to identify if they have proper education system or health check up centres. Also this would be better if as project manager, I and the company could provide the local community with good infrastructure or political stability which also enhance their social life (Rix et al. 2016). This overall situation therefore could easily support the project to enhance positively with the help of this local collaboration in this situation.
In order to significantly identify the historical value as well as factors this is important for the company to give importance to the sources and culture of these indigenous people in this situation. This has been found out that currently Australia and its different provinces initiates to preserve the culture as well as history of the indigenous communities as their cultural heritage. Thus KAPCO must support this kind of initiative and properly create the relationship with them in a respective way. This could help to enhance their project in a successful way.

The certain establishment as well as building collaborative partnerships can be referred in context to Indigenous communities in remote areas of West Kimberley region, which is significant for overall success of this KAPCO Project in this situation. These particular partnerships can be built as well as maintained in an efficient manner by focusing on working under specific structured framework in order for best and optimised practices (Hunt, 2018). Moreover, in this context, from the viewpoint of the cultural awareness officer, this project has recognized five major basics or foundations that can be further considered as pillars in order for effective practices for further assurance of successful collaborative partnerships among both the Indigenous as well as non indigenous individuals. These five major pillars can be further termed as; interaction and communication based on mutual respect, establishment of mutual trust, uphold of respective rights as well as building common understanding and endurance through the collaborative partnerships under different circumstances. Hence, significant number of approaches could be taking into account for ensuring the success of it (Stock et al. 2019).
Moreover, consistency through continual involvement with the Indigenous people and communities representatives is considered to be the first step towards the successful accomplishment through the collaborative partnership. It would not only include the best suitable practices for the people of Indigenous communities to emphasize further on their priorities that can also be included within this KAPCO Project. Additionally, in this context, I would further state that "Yindyamarra Winhanganha" is highly relevant to my viewpoint of both personal and professional standpoint (Paterson, 2018). Based on that standpoint, I would like to apply the principles to not only establish and build collaborative partnerships but also to maintain the core aspects by embracing the norms of Indigenous culture along with building up social awareness.
