Introduction to Canva Ltd Management Project

The current shift in the technology in the contemporary business field demands for an integrated management. Care should be taken to ensure the packaging and stacking of the items is done in a way that does not cause any damage.

The order cycle of the orders should take a maximum of a month or two and the budget should preferably be observed at the amount stated or any overlap in the budget is supposed to be a reasonable one according to the provisions. The budget is inclusive of the installation labor, employee training, purchases of the computers and other devices, all summing up to $2.14M.

The IT installation and implementation of its use in the company is with high regards expected to be in tandem with the IEEE recommendations in order to meet the set standards (De Guglielmo, Brienza & Anastasi, 2016). All updates in the project implementation process whether scheduled or non-scheduled shall be disseminated to the relevant parties through the company’s relevant portals and website. The organization expects to relate closely with other entities as a way of receiving information from its rivals. However, the boundary between it and the other entities shall be aiming at maintaining high level of confidentiality. In this regard, the company shall by all means try to handle its trade secrets with much care to minimize chances of other companies accessing its weaknesses and using them as advantages to outcompete them. To this extent therefore, the organization shall ensure close customer relationship and win customer trust to position itself in the market (Badewi, 2016). It will also ensure good relationship with the subcontracted organizations with the aim of maximizing the serviced provision for sustainability. Besides, it will be of importance to keep distance with rival companies except when in a mission to improve the company’s operations. However, the company will freely interact and share its services with those organizations who use its projects in one way or another.

The organization is expected to assume a well-organized internal management structure where there is free and fast passing of data or information to and from where necessary in its routine pr5actices. The interfaces between the various departments are expected to be as slim as possible. The departments are supposed to make use of the IT to maximize the organization’s operations in all areas and to encourage teamwork (Craciunas, Oliver, Chmelík & Steiner, 2016). This kind of management system is committed to achieving quality assurance through close monitoring of all sectors from a central point by the top most management.

All human resources are to be maximumly utilized for the good of the organization. For instance, in the production department, the employees are supposed to ensure continuous work in progress. This calls for the stores department and the entire procurement to be timely and ensure there is not shortage of materials. Thus, maintaining a continuous production flow to meet the consumer requirements at all times.

The project management process should be so detailed with proper staffing consisting of individuals with technical knowhow. In his case, the process will be more manageable and successful implementation will be achieved in the end. The project is to be given an all-round approach for a successful implementation and incorporation of all the expected operational standards. All trainings are to be done in time and resources acquired within the timelines, the work breakdown should as well be done and all procedures appropriated to ensure all the objectives of the plan are achieved.
