The business was being run by Julie for the last 30 years and was very young while she started operating. From then only she was enjoying the little amount of money with little in reserve. She was not involved in any kind of branding of business be it online or offline mode. Two personal computers will help in the growth of the business a lot. One PC with Julie and one PC with Octavia will provide a position of unified structural rudiments that provide support for at the bottom of the entire structure of growth. A resonance infrastructure will play a very important function in raising productivity and competitiveness with other companies. According to the figures, a rough estimate of $7 Billion is wasted on time and fuel by 50 most populous areas. Now, the infrastructure expenditure has declined to 2.4 per cent of GDP in 2011 as compared to 3.1 per cent in the premature 1960s (Bolhuis, de Jong & van den Bosch, 2018). This all is possible by following some measures like:

The accounting software helps the organization to maintain transactions and financial functions by including the data of amounts payable, amount receivable, billing, payroll, and ledger. As an example, some of the software is like Quickbooks, Zenpayroll, Bill.com, Zenefits, and Abacus.

  1. Quickbooks are the software that is used to maintain the best accounting system. Although the other software named Xero is there that deserves more consideration in practice Quickbooks share almost 90% of market share, whereas, Xero shares 10%.
  2. Zenpayroll is another software that the company may install for super easy and affordable payroll. It has its autopilot feature that helps in setting it.
  3. com is the software that allows the company to get rid of paper invoices and bills. It happens like all the transactions are copied into this software and monitored at a single spot. It has integration with Quickbooks. Zenefits is a software that is perfect for small companies and startups. All the offer letters are processed in this and PTO is managed along with Sick days for the selection of benefit packages.
  4. Abacus is an expensive management system that is used rarely by companies.

Hence, these are the software's and Julie can select anyone out of them to maintain the records of all employees and make the company processing effective and easy (Schlosser, McPhee & Forsyth, 2017).

A Digital Camera Recommendation

A digital camera is a camera where the photographs are captured in digital memory. The cameras are incorporated in smartphones or mobile devices to use them for multiple purposes. It is a widely used device that Julie must also install in her corporation to get JPEG images of desired files. This will help the business grow in getting photographs clicked, transferring photographs, displaying photographs, and printing photographs. The USB cable is used to connect into a computer to send the pictures that are in-camera to the computer. Photographic films are used as an image sensor to get into digital format. A large number of data is saved in the cameras so Julie can get all the pictures and send them to Martha for further recommendations (Barbu, 2016).
