Leadership is the most vital ability that can help someone to make efficient decisions in life and career. Leadership empowerment refers to enabling individuals to bring their intelligence to work and letting them utilize their familiarity, knowledge, and motivation to develop a vigorous bottom line (Yu et al., 2018). It is true to say that leaders of the finest organizations know that empowering individuals develop positive outcomes that are just not possible when all the power moves up the pyramid. Leadership empowerment can be developed by using aspects like sharing information, declaring the boundaries, and substituting the traditional hierarchy with self-directed individuals and groups. Clients can be better served with leadership empowerment as it is the key to treating individuals the correct way and inspiring them to treat the company's clients correctly. Empowering the team members leads to bring about more innovative and creative ideas in the company and foster long-term robust relationships among each one in a team. Therefore, there is no doubt to say that empowerment is the one thing that can bring motivation within the individuals to serve customers at a greater level (Lee, Willis & Tian, 2018). On a personal level, one can serve the customer in a better manner by communicating effectively with them and build long-term relations. The finest way to enhance the power base is to collect individuals who have a diverse set of power of points. Further, it can be done by listening to the desires of clients suitably, and always being responsive towards their concerns.

In the contemporary business setting, there has been discussion of self-leadership that refers to the practice of deliberately impacting one’s thinking, sensation, and activities towards his objectives. One can become a self-leader by assessing his weaknesses, and strengths in regards to leadership behaviours (Panagopoulos & Ogilvie, 2015). Three skills are needed to become a self-leader and that can assist the company in attaining a high performing team. One such skill is challenge assumed constraints mean that a self-leader must have the ability to assume the constraint or belief based on experience which limits the present and future experiences. Another skill is that a self-leader must celebrate his points of power named as personal power, knowledge power, position power, relationship power, and task power. Further skill is that self-leader takes initiative to get the direction and sustenance that need to attain the goals (Blanchard, 2018). 

From the above essay, it can be concluded that the concept of empowerment, self-leadership, and situational leadership can help a company to bring about positive outcomes in the form of satisfied clients, enhanced performance in the entire bottom line.
