Introduction and Research Question
Employees' role in an organization cannot be ignored owing to the value as well as leadership roles. This is because organization goals are achieved through a proper form of leadership. The measurement of productivity is based on the role of the organization as well as the leadership environment.

A good leader has the power to influence people in the company and provide a positive direction to organizational activities.

A basic understanding is present in the industry, but a need is present for changing the roles of leadership. The research question is related to leadership roles and differentiation in an organization.

It is the dependent variable because the whole part of the study would be based on measuring motivation through effective forms of leadership. The independent variable for this case would be the economy and engagement of people for respective job duties.

Leadership management would be the ideal tool to resolve the conflict between employees in the public sector organization.

The study can be limited on the base of time as the data collection would account for the accurate forms of information. Time would be the most important factor which would be a major limitation. An accurate form of research can also pose a threat to the implication of the study. It is required that research integrity should be based on the employee's motivation and type of leadership. Honesty and ethical issues that can arise in this study are related to communication skills and attitudes of people. The research methodology will be base on honesty and integrity CITATION Sey13 l 1033 (Afjahi amp Dehghanan, 2013).
The research was based on the leadership styles and motivation of people in public sector organizations. This would help to increase knowledge and provide a further understanding of the public sector organization. The research would also be helpful in evaluating the environment of an organization. It was found from the research that employees' motivation can be improved with the help of changes in the environment as well as corporate structure. The research study also evaluated the leadership roles for management types in public sector organizations.
