Monitoring is therefore an essential tool for the management of the planning process and should become an integral part of the organization. The overall monitoring plan indicates that I have to work certain skills like communication, creativity. The monitoring and evaluation also help me to understand my progress in the most effective manner. The setting of the objective has offered me the way and standard through which the performance is to be calculated. The goal-setting has eased the executive to make effectual use of the current capital and direct the team member during the process. The goals are set by following the SMART principle which specifies they are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely (Bano, 2018).  

The executive has set the key performance standard against which the performance is to be deliberate. The corporation can calculate the performance by evaluating the set pointer to attain the preferred business goals and purpose.  These indicators have aid ineffectual managing of the existing resource and evade emergency which may affect the performance of the business. I have framed the correct action plan which has helped in shaping the key action over which focus is to be made. This has also helped in the effective management of time within which the desired task is to be attained (Das & Panda, 2017).  The work plan has provided direction to all the team members about the process which is to be followed by them. The appropriate planning will help in creating a balance between various situations and avoid stress. The overall evaluation plan was highly effective in managing the work and eliminating the errors that affect the overall performance. The feedback and guidance from the manager and CEO will also help to improve the progress of the employee.

Task D

Feedback is highly essential in improving performance and implementing new changes in the most effective manner.  In the organizational context, feedbacks act as a reminder and also help the employees to focus on the area that needs more emphasis (Bennett, James & Klinkers, 2017). Also, the manager will be responsible for assessing my performance and providing feedback so that I can understand my mistakes and make the necessary changes to improve my development plan. The feedback was highly effective in identifying the areas of strength, areas for growth, and further development. With the help of this feedback, I can reduce mistakes, improve performance, and enhance efficiency in the most effective manner. 

Changes in the personal development plan

After receiving the feedback I came to know that I have made some mistakes. With the help of feedback, I can improve my overall performance. Earlier, I have stated that I will use formal training to improve conflict management skills. But the feedback provided by my manager revealed that active listening; problem-solving techniques are also highly crucial (Mone, London & Mone, 2018). Now I will include problem-solving techniques in my development plans. Also, the manager told me to include interactive methods, video training, and hands-on training. Furthermore, Interactive processes comprise small group debate, case study appraisal, role-playing, quizzes, and demonstration. This change will be great to add fun and improve my engagement in the training process.

I will also include some practical approaches like hands-on training. Hands-on training skips the theoretical and dives correct into the realistic, permit trainee to rapidly get their hands on what they are learning. It will be useful in boosting knowledge remembrance; long days in a preparation lecture may leave some learner fried, but hands-on training requires focus, which can progress information retention. With the help of this program, I will pair up with experienced trainers to complete hands-on projects like risk management plan, conflict resolution plans, and many more (DeNisi & Murphy, 2017). The feedback also suggested cross-training as it helps to perform job responsibility other than those usually allocate. This skill diversity may assist to meet experience for future career development. Furthermore, the manager finds worth in cross-training as it is usually more competent than bringing in a new hire. Many executive take those efficiencies to the subsequent stage by leveraging expertise to advance cross-training efforts. Many people like cross-training because it permits them to widen their ability.

With the help of feedback, it becomes easy to improve the skills and implement the programs and training schedules that provide maximum results. Also, I will make sure to execute new changes in order to improve my skills and competency. Furthermore, the most effective programs will provide new opportunities for further growth and development.

During the stage, effort needs to be made to construct efficient communication skills that aid in building a superior association with the employees. To assess my performance CEO need to meet the manager. During the gathering, the definite question we're asked by the CEO to recognize the key expertise which has enhanced my presentation at the workplace.  The employee of the business offers the information that the more attempt desires to be made to converse with the other team affiliate to lead them effectually.

The current skills can be assessed by identifying your current skill by communicating with others and the effort needs to be made to assess yourself under different phases. 

CEO also specified that there is a need to identify the training and qualification which I have developed which will assist in performing various roles. You also need to highlight the skills which are related to the job which has helped you in performing your existing role. If you are specialized in a particular area than effort needs to made to train the other employee in the relevant field (Reljic, vangelista & Pianta, 2019).  The other skill which is required at the workplace is problem-solving, critical thinking, organization skills, development of the ideas, and ability to promote the changes.  The efforts need to be made to review all the jobs which you have performed in the relevant field throughout your life.

In addition, a professional expansion plan has aided in eliminating the shortfall which was affecting my performance at the workplace. The plan will assist in developing the key proficiency which will augment my performance and assist in serving the client in the greatest way. The period of the plan will aid in developing efficient communication proficiency which will help in building superior affiliation with the other workers and serve the client in a superior way.  The plan has helped in acquiring the information about diverse skills which has helped in helping the client from all part of the world (Singh, Kumar & Puri, 2017).  These plans will help in the growth of the expertise of the human resource head who plays an enormous role in hiring the right people in the company.
