Introduction to Human Resources Communication

As it is rightly said that every project has to end which is the last phase of any project life cycle. But to make the project successful one have to deliver what is required. The project manager has to keep everything in mind right from planning, designing, proper execution, monitoring of the project, controlling all the human resources as well as risk associated with it and finally the closure of the project(Watt, 2014). This report will highlight how the project manager will plan the three days excursions with the class on Blue Mountains while visiting the scenic world by keeping in mind the planning & implementation required it to be successful.

Outcomes of Project Effectiveness

The project quality, resources, time, cost and risk factors were maintained and class group are satisfied with the planning of project than it proves that the management information, communication procedures and procedures are effective.

Documentation of Learning’s

There should be a proper formalized document to keep the record so that can be used for future learning also (Anon, 2019). The most important is accessing all the probable risk that can delay in completion of the project as it can cause high cost for the company in case of delay. There should also be quality maintenance so as to satisfy the human resource.

Communicating the Project

The most important part is to communicate the project to the class group. The project manager will have to plan accordingly the project details so as to satisfy the stakeholders. Proper formats and detailed documents have to be used so as to explain the whole excursion activities.(Watt,2014)

Disbanding the Project Team

After the successful completion of the program a review was conducted to know how much the workforce have enjoyed in the excursions and what they have learned from the trip. They will document what doesn’t go well in the project and what was good in the project.

There are many uncertain things that happens which can have negative as well as positive review on the project. Being a project manager one should aware of each type of risk and develop the action plan accordingly. In case of any negative risk, the project manager should try to transfer it to the third party (such as everyone should have insurance cover in case of any mishappening). We may also choose to mitigate the happening of any event or can avoid that risk impacting the event. On case of any positive risk, explore the risk to reach an outcome favorable for the project.(Bridges, 2016)

At last, thanking all the members for their participation and efforts. And finally, will close the project.

Identifying & Documentation of the Issues

There are the chances that the travel agency from where the excursions have booked does not provide the quality as expected and also have time constraints.

It’s very important to maintain the coordination between the human resources as that do not create a mess in the next project.

Conclusion on Human Resources Communication

From the case study it can be concluded that the project manager should analyze, plan and design the project keeping in mind the cost, quality and risk associated with it. He should be ready for any probable risk that can come on his way and complete it on time. The most important part in project management is communicating to it workforce in the way that they understood easily. At last, the whole positive and negative things should be documented so that it can be taken care in the next project.
