With the unremitting growth of knowledge of project management and programs, educational institutions want to enhance their learning curve of project management maturity for improving the performance of projects and assessing the profitability of successfully performing and executing a project. It improves the probability of positive outcomes and provides best practices for ensuring the efficaciousness at performing different project management tasks.
