According to the article, process and manufacturing industry has been using varied technological and innovative methods to improve their competitiveness. Because of the aforementioned reasons, the company has been suffering losses and there is a requirement of value-adding processes required for the work take place where total production costs can be cut to a minimum level even when some non- value adding activities also coincide.
