Groups can be effective when each member of it starts demonstrating cohesion. Cohesion can emerge in an organization when group members are ready to get to know each other. Group members must be open to new ideas, diverse points and variety of individuals. A group becomes effective when each member of the group possesses certain skills like openness, respect, trust and disclosure (Costa, Fulmer & Anderson, 2018 pp. 169-184). All these skills will help the group to accomplish the tasks that have been assigned to the group in a very little amount of time. Respect is one of the most important pillars that helps in creating a healthy atmosphere between workers so that they can make an effective group. It is often observed that one or two members of the group talk behind the other member or members. The group leaders must create rules within the team that they start respecting one another rather than blaming each other for no reason. The team members must focus on what they can learn together and must constructively take the feedback. Besides, they must be trained in such a way that they possess team loyalty and create a cheering environment on a whole. The team members must always be ready to help others to lessen down difficulties experienced by a team member (Forsell, Forslund Frykedal & Hammar Chiriac, 2020 pp. 87-124). If each member of the group will stop seeing one another as a competitor the entire group will automatically be effective because it is a competition that brings differences in the team of the organization.
