Digital Solutions in Modern Workplace

Social platforms including Facebook help in the creation of a modern workplace where the employees can easily connect and share their ideas with each other. The implementation of digital solutions in the workplace helps in collaboration of the human resources working which further helps in effective accomplishment of the tasks (Eriksson & Olsson, 2016) The digital solutions are better than the old intranet portal because it gives a chance of two way communication between the employee and the employer (Hanna et al., 2016). One of the advantages of Facebook and other digital solutions available to employees and employers is that they can access these platforms from anywhere and can collaborate with their members for the timely completion of the task (Davies et al., 2016). These digital solutions are easy to access on any various devices like mobile phones, desktops and tablets which further increase the desirability of these digital solutions for effectively implementing projects in any organization. These digital solutions also help the employers in showcasing the work culture to the potential employees in the external environment (Wang et al., 2020). A platform like Facebook is used by the employers for posting pictures depicting the work culture on which everyone can share their opinion (Robertson & Kee, 2016). In this way the organization is able to promote the positive culture of the organization which eventually helps in talent attraction. 

It can be evaluated from the above discussion that digital solutions are highly relevant for the various complicated tasks in the modern workplaces. With the help of digital solutions complicated tasks like feedback generating, collaboration, two way communication and talent attraction can be easily implemented in organizations.
