Business communication refers to the interaction among the people that are internal and external part of the organization. Any business needs to have successful and authentic business communication within the organization as well as outside the organization. The communication includes verbal, non-verbal, written etc. There are basically five types of characteristics of exemplary business communication this includes positive involvement, potential to learn from others, appreciate learning from others and inclination to practice communication in the organization and staying focus. These characteristics are important for any business communication to have better communication that enhances the skills and innovation in the organization. External communication is also important for the organization in order to have proper interaction with the customers, suppliers and distributors to share authentic information about the organization (Jia, Xin, Guo, & Barnes, 2017).

For example, Proactive involvement in business communication leads to having clear information about the practices that are driving in an organization. Proactive involvement leads to the generation of new and innovative ideas for the organization strategies and approaches. Apart from that, proactive involvement leads to having a better promotion of the product and services that are delivered by the organization. Positive business communication leads to attracting potential customers that are willing to inverts in our product (Bovée, Thill, & Raina, 2016). There different types of business communication depending upon the way in which one wants to deal with. Verbal commination refers to the team meetings and gathering in the organization where every individual share their thoughts and ideas about the implementation of the new program and approaches within the organization. Apart from that, non-verbal communication includes the written format interaction among the people that are in and out of the organization. This includes email, letters within the organization and it also includes the use of social media sites to interact with the people that are external part of the organization.
