The tactics reflect the approach to work planning and decision making in which I acquired 54% in judging and 46% prospecting. In the last section that is an identity which means it rate underpins all others showing how confident individual is with their abilities and decision. In this section, I required for 10% asserted and 51% turbulent.

Big Five Personality

Assessment is a big five personality traits that which are consist of extraversion, openness, agreeableness, neuroticism and conscientiousness. Each trait in five personality trait represent as a continent and it has been considered that this trait remains the same throughout the lifetime (Oshio, Taku, Hirano & Saeed, 2018). From this personality trait, I have acquired 19 scores in the openness of new experience out of 20. However, in extraversion, low emotional stability and agreeableness I have scored 18 8 of 20 which is quite good. Meanwhile, in conscientiousness, I have scored 17 out of 20.

Locus of Control

The next assessment is the locus of control which is psychological concepts that define else how strongly an individual believes they can control any situation in an experience that affects their life. There are two locus of control that is internal and external internal locus of control supports a belief that one is helpless without blame and not in control of one success and failure while the internal locus of control defines attribute their success and failure to their efforts. In this assessment, I have scored 58 which is higher than the standard score (Cobb-Clark, Kassenboehmer & Sinning, 2016). This score identified that I am quietly is responsible for what happens to me and I am associated with an internal locus of control.

Emotional Intelligence

The next assessment is emotional intelligence assessment that comprises of self-awareness self-regulation internal motivation empathy and social skills. In this assessment test, I have scored 12 which can be considered that I have a good platform of emotional intelligence from which to develop my leadership capabilities (Serrat, 2017). Emotional intelligence is considered as the ability to monitor one's own and other people in motion in order to discriminate between different emotions and label them appropriately and to use emotion information to guide thinking and behaviour.

Jung Typology

The next assessment is Jung typology test and measure and individual differences for dealing with and relating to doing people processing information making decisions and organising their life. First I have identified that I am extra words energetic and action-oriented census live in the present and Reliance facts handle practical matters well and like things to concrete and measurable (Jung & Lee, 2016). I always make decisions using logic and impersonal analysis and think with had rather than hearts. I prefer Lifestyle that is this is your plan and orderly that is I like organised and controlled way of living.

Self-Assessment

From this above, I have noticed that I have a wide range of leadership skill and I can be a good leader if some of the gaps identified in the test can be eradicated. In terms of time management skills and competencies, I have acquired a good score which means I can handle the pressure roles and responsibilities and work accordingly. From this test, the first as a big five personality test in which I have acquired maximum is a course in Open next to learn new things which means I can learn the things which can enhance my skills and also to perform better in every situation and come up with new ideas and innovative approaches (Zhou et al., 2017). After this test, I came to know that there is an emotional side of me which can impact my work that I need to work on my emotional stability because of that impact my decision-making process. When it comes to thinking from heart or the head I usually prefer to think from my heart which means I need to focus on the situation and eradicate all the things which lead me to think from my head rather than my heart. From this entire scene now I understand the importance of leadership and how I am capable of dealing as a leader in any team or any organization. From this test scenario, I can understand the importance of each and every aspect and can analyse my capabilities and the gaps that I need to consider while being a leader. Leadership is one of those qualities in an individual which can make an organisation to accomplish their desired goals and eradicate all the issues that may arise in future. Being a leader is one of the most difficult tasks for an individual as there is a lot of pressure and responsibilities comes under leadership and one which we very proactive and required a large number of skills to be a good leader.

As a Leader

As per the test, I can see myself as a good leader because I have acquired a wide range of skills that can make me a good leader in any organisation or team. In terms of the skill, I am very patient empathy reliable creative positive and supportive. Effective leaders are really important for any organisation and in order to build strong things within any business, it is important to have good leadership skills. Almost any positive soft skill will consider as a leadership skill and I have skills that are highly important for any leader in any organisation (Silveira, Martins, & Burity, 2019). Time management is one of the key factor and key quality that any leader has. Being systematic and arranging is one of my polity and time management is also involved in it. I always complete my work on time and always admired to deliver work on time without any delay.

However, it is very important to support your team members your colleagues in any group project. From 5 assessment test I came to know that I am a very supportive very patient and very arranged person and these all skills are very important as a leader and I have acquired these skills which means I can be a good leader for any organisation or team. I am a very extrovert person and this is one of the most important leadership skills that one can acquire (Abay, Blalock & Berhane, 2017). Being extrovert means you can easily interact with other people and understand their point of view their opinion and ideas. I can easily convey my message my opinion to others without getting offended and also make them understand my point of view to others. Apart from this, the skills that need to be considered in any leader is the personal attribute. In addition, my strength comprises of boldness, extrovert patient supportive good listener good advisor etc. Apart from this, I am a bit emotional person and this quality is sometimes advantages and sometimes disadvantages for me. This is because I am emotional so I can take a decision which may be better for the person who involved in the process but overall the decision may impact the performance of the team. Therefore taking decisions with emotion capability male lead my decision-making process wrong and I can make the wrong decision by that. Therefore I need to eradicate this emotional stability or emotional factor while taking any decision for the team.

Impact the Global Hotel Industry

The Global hotel industry is one of the emerging industries that have new opportunities and growth in it. To be a leader of any hotel it is very important to acknowledge the challenges and opportunities very keenly. The changes and the challenges that I need to aware of which can impact the Global hotel industry are as follows. The very first thing is to make decisions that result in the favour of the team, not for the individual. I need to enhance my skill that can compress my emotional decision-making process and enhance my professional decision-making skills. In order to acquire this, I need to be very careful when taking any decision bye by taking the advice of each member of the team and acknowledge their opinion and put in the decision. It is very important while taking any decision is to others and acknowledges the opinion of each member is the team. The next thing that can impact the global hotel industry is the increased competition and the innovative services that any hotel provides (Petrides et al, 2016). Creativeness and innovation are one of the key factors that can take up an organisation on a higher scale and give strong competition to its competitors. Various things need to be considered that is the impact of infrastructure services of any organisation refers to others. As a leader, I need to be very careful about the Trends and to get started and strategies that can make the current demand and use of the customers. The Global hotel industry is trending and made up to 11 million rooms 54% of rooms are affiliated with the Global original chain the top hotels are the Marriott Hilton ING etc. It is very important to look up to the services and leadership style adopted by this organisation and a focus on the skills and challenges.
