As per the survey data provided, after analyzing data from different perspective and parameter is was found that average spending of the passengers of different age group is one of criteria which can help us in designing our packages for foods and other services, because their choices and spending depends on the age band. Following age bands are chosen for to analyses data:

Customer Satisfaction is one of the areas which can help the company to grow and increase its revenue, and the aim of the company should be improve the services for the unsatisfied category, so to keep focus it is important to make this as part of dashboard and measure it on regularly and try to change the % of unhappy customers to happy customer quotient, and happy to delight.

ONE priority area for the company to target for improvement should be unhappy Customers, and actions should be taken to fix problem areas. The company’s reputation will be affected by what passengers say about their experience. Part of the CEO’s task will be to identify which group of passengers are least happy with their experience and address the reasons. It can also be seen after analysis that top spending customers are much satisfied that lower spending customers.
