Abstract

The report present facts and conclusions about a plausible decision to choose Campbell Area in contrast with Sutherland Area from Australia to be a good place to invest.

Methodology & Content

Four lax files were provided to provide conclusions included in this report. The two areas were analyzed after the index PR/Revenue and a subsequent comparison was conducted.

Sutherland

Analyzing the xlsx files, the apartments were built over a period of T=10 Years and achieved a volume of Sales = 400 .The ratio Pr1I1 = 0.28.

Campbell
