Abstract on Covid-19 Disease

Covid-19 disease (caused by coronavirus) is a rapidly spreading infectious disease which caused severe health care issues globally. Coronavirus can’t be detected right after the person is affected. It’s presence can be traced after it spreads to the whole body, precluding it from prevention of the disease at early stages.

Introduction to Covid-19 Disease

This proposal estimates how covid-19 is affecting the Mechanical industries such as production industry, construction industry etc, reports on recent evidences. We will also study the impact on policy and regulations on Mechanical Industries due to covid-19.

Impact on Mechanical Industries

A recent business survey on covid-19 pandemic affect on Mechanical industries show mass concern among small scale businesses. According to a recent survey by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, 80% of Mechanical industries in china haven’t resumed yet in fear of the pandemic. Evidences show that travelling increases chances of spread of coronavirus therefore, transport industry (from aviation to truck transportation) has took a major downfall in all countries. This virus has prevented gathering of large number of people so industries like production industry, chemical industry, construction industry etc also have recorded significant downfall among them.

Since mechanical industries have generally a field-based work, they have took a massive strike as compared to IT sector. Recent survey from Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development indicates that almost 87% of small scale mechanical jobs were affected and 82% small industries are still insecure about the spread of the coronavirus.

Measures to Deal with The Pandemic

Manufacturing units all over the world have come to a halt due to lack of demand from public in mechanical sector. Government is involved in making policies which can strengthen their economy. They are spending more on health sector and infrastructural requirement of the related sector.
