In this era of digitalization, the IT sector is evolving in leaps and bounds. Cloud computing technology has emerged as a revolutionary new way of providing software as well as infrastructure solutions to corporations, using the power of the internet ( Attaran, & Woods, 2018). Both small and large organizations are making a shift to this platform. Considering the rapid evolution of cloud technology since 2017, I undertook thorough research to have an in-depth understanding of cloud technology, its importance, and its application to business. Also, had a brief overview of mind mapping. To do so, I undertook secondary research. Secondary research is the research methodology in which the existing data is used, the data is gathered from published research papers and conference papers (Xue & Xin, 2016).

Cloud computing promotes access to data and programs that are outside the computing environment, the large information is stored on the cloud and not on personal computers or servers. The cloud comprises various applications, emails, databases, and other associated file services (Business Queensland, n.d.). Cloud computing is adopted by organizations as it provides a range of solutions and benefits such as improved flexibility, agility, and scalability. Overall, it offers higher efficiencies and tends to reduce costs (Xue & Xin, 2016). Not only this, but cloud-based technology is also increasingly used in human resource, with the advancements in cloud computing technology, it has become possible to store large data and make it available for a longer period of time. The development of technology has resulted in boosting employees’ performance, administering high-quality and effective talent management, simultaneously filling the communication gap (Dalgic, 2019). Organizations that adopt cloud computing technologies especially cloud-based human resource solutions can effectively govern personnel management as well as the efficient screening of candidates using the cloud-based recruitment management system (Dalgic, 2019).

For the study, I took the Kahlo group, which operates in Australia and Latin America. I specifically worked on the Cloud Technology for professional services Platform. For this purpose, I prepared the mind mapping structure using the cloud technology for professional services platform for the selected organization. Mind mapping helps individuals to think, gather information, memorize, and crate ideas. It demonstrates the advantages of cloud technology for our organization, how it can reduce cost, and how effectively it can support Customer Relationship Management. With effective utilization of cloud technology, the Kablo group can promote assigning the task on time, providing training got easier, enhanced user confidence, evaluating problems and taking the corrective actions immediately, and promotes the easier flow of communication. Moreover, I provided the guidelines on how the team can achieve the project goal on time, this included communicating on time through WhatsApp to discuss the direction and progress of work allotted to each team member. Although, we work together as a team to achieve the common goal of the project, however, the individual contribution of each team member is valuable.
